I started my Penis Enlargement, and hanging, career back in the old days, about June '98. Heh heh. Seems like forever and only yesterday. Coming up on seven years ago. Not really that long ago in the grand scheme of things. At that time, there was little known (nothing) about using heat. The best hangers were swim caps and loops. Higher weights were not used. There were maybe a thousand guys experimenting with Penis Enlargement.
So, over the course of a few years, I experimented with many things, and found what worked for me. I would never maintain that any of the things I did were what is best for other guys. I did do a hell of a lot of work. I became obsessed with hanging and Penis Enlargement in general. With a lot of privacy time, and given the multi-tasking benefit of hanging, I felt compelled to do a lot. But I truly believe I could have made about the same gains with less time. I could reach fatigue within a couple of sets, and then hang for a goodly amount of time in the fatigued state. That should have done it.
I only have direct experience with one penis. But after reading of the experiences of other guys, over the years, it seems the ones that make the most progress are the guys that really study what they are going through, have a plan, and are able to work at least ten hours per week. They seem to benefit working up to 20-30 hours per week or so. I have not seen much added benefit past that point. But of course, all of this is simply anecdotal evidence.

That sounds great. Just do not sacrifice life, for example sex, for Penis Enlargement. Life is too short. Also, be sure to work up slowly to the higher levels of time and weight. There is no sense in going through an injury, and having to put your goals back a while.
