The last 5 months i dont have any gains.i mostly do pumping with penomet.cock ring some streching ,trinning my pc muscle and very rare clamping.i have gain a good amount of girth and length without doing hardcore traiining.i havent rest for more than a year.and now i am thinking i need one more inch in lenght.Is it smart to do rest for a couple weeks.doing nothing than pc muscle trainning and then start doing only length excersices till i gain that inch i want?
My length trainning will be based on tiring my pc muscle then streching as much as i can with some twisted streching and normal streching.thats my fav
So resting for a couple weeks is a smart choice?

If you want to waste time then yea.if you really want to gain get yourself a strong routine , be consistent and add good intensity and you will gain.No need for you to take weeks off.I would never take more than 1 day off,and that in case my EQ sucks or my dick is fatigue..other than that,training 7 days a week.

Just start with length exercises and work your way back up. You haven't made gains in 5 months, that's way too long of a wait for me. This means you should increase the intensity by adding a new exercise and or adding more time / reps to your exercises.

+1...5 months with no gains = low intensity and/or inconsistency.
 
yeah.it was 5 month period full of other things.and lazy for the pe.i have already started 3x10 min stretching everyday.moring evening and night.and i will do girth 1-2 times per week.

Why 1-2 per week?That's a waste of time imo.You won't gain anything .

I agree. Rest days should only be used if you have too much fatigue (girth) or soreness (length) to train. Even in this context when fatigue is present it is the best possible time to stretch as the penis is too tired to resist. When there is too much soreness from length work I can understand taking a day off. I would never use a routine that went 2 days with nothing. At the very least a routine should be 1 off 1 on or 5 on 2 off (for weekends) going less than this will produce mediocre gains.
 
When gains stop coming often we need to go more balogni. Upgrade from ham and go straight up balogni!

Either dial up the intensity or switch to a better routine. SRT, imo, is the best routine option because most will never need to change their workout using SRT since there are many ways to increase intensity.
