Here is the stretch. I gained enough now that I am comfortable posting and standing by my stretch. I couldnt wait a month.

Here it is. First time I did it I got 3 lig pops. Ill keep it short as I gotta go out to eat soon.

I was looking at my wang and checking its external anatomy. I stretched some and felt my ligs. I found where they went. They go into my groin and back. I wondered.

Your penis connects to your ligaments and your ligaments to your groin area. We pull the penis away from the ligaments to stretch them. Why not stretch your groin area to loosen ligaments also? Only feasible way is to stretch your penis and your groin at the same time.

Sounds crazy til you try it.

Ever heard of butterflies? Sit down on ground, soles feet together knees out. Try putting your right knee under the bed and using your left arm to push down on your left knee as you lean left.

This will stretch your groin, but mainly the right side. Now grab your penis below the head completely flaccid and stretch to the left. Switch it up to get the left groin and ligament.

That one was when I got my pops, but the most effective I will explain now. I still get pops doing this. Almost daily, but maybe because I am not accustomed to it.

Squat down and use your left arm (elbow area on left knee) to keep it out and use right hand to stretch down and to the right. Try the other way around now.

Pretty much Three-Legged Stretching is targetting where the ligs connect to the penis, the groin, and everywhere in between. I am not saying this is the end of all be all of length, as nothing is so in Penis Enlargement, but I know it is a very effective, very awesome stretch.

Try your own variation of 3Lstretching and tell me how you like it!

I don't understand this part, is this still in the butterfly position or some crazy acrobatic feat where you're squating and resting your elbow on your knee while you pull on your member? :O
 
No butterfly is separate way to do it. The second one is a completely different way to do it.

Pretty much stretch one side of the groin while pulling your penis in the opposite direction. Think of a frog squatting

But left arm inside of left leg pushing it out and right hand stretching dick down and right.
 
so basically, pulling/pushing your penis and knee away from each other as far as possible ... but either in "butterfly" or squatted position?
 
I currently do a very similar type of stretch that can be a little easier on your legs than the squatting version. It works very well for me.

Instead of squatting down, just put your right leg up on a chair or your computer desk and pull down and left with the left hand. Try to adjust the way you are leaning until you feel you are getting the best "lig" stretch.

This will do the same type of stretch and either way should be very effective.

I for the 1st time am noticing length gains using this way of stretching. Plus I only stretch in a direction if I feel a lig stretching. If I dont, I dont stretch that way because your body is not "tight" in that direction and needs to be stretched in a different direction to be most beneficial.

I've been incorporating the Three-Legged Stretches in my stretching routine, and it seems this exercise is what hits my ligs most effective. I get lig pops almost all days, and my ligs are sore like never before. (I'm hoping I aint overdoing this... very intense Penis Enlargement routines on a 5 on 2 off / 6 on 1 off day basis)
I hope I'll see some length gains with the help of this one. I'm measuring only once a month, about the 1.st or so, so it will be exciting to see if the soreness has translated into gains by then.
At least the three-legged stretch feels VERY effective to me.

Same here even with more than a few days off length, minor stretching hurts as I am sore, but I know I am not in serious trouble or anything.

Are the groin ligs the same as the penile ones?
Dont know. All I can say is targetting the groin area and the penis ligaments at the same time causes awesome lig stress.
 
Hey,

I've been doing these stretches for a month now, plus any and everything where I can feel it in my ligs. My rule is this: if I'm not sore at least by the next time I do my exercises, I'm not working/pulling/squeezing hard enough, and I'll increase my stretching and pulling the next go round. And also, when I stretch clock-wise, if I don't fell my ligs, I Use one hand to pull left or right, then I take the other and put it at the bottom of the base of my penis, pushing the lig up while streching out so I can target the lig more effectively. I haven't measure yet, but I can say I've been sore about 90% of the time I start my exercises. I'll keep you posted if I see and gains in facid or erect lenght from this!!!
 
After a month of incorporating the Three-Legged stretches into my stretching routine, my flaccid stretched length has incerased 0.5cm, or 1/5 Inch.

I had hoped for more, because I've been really sore most of the month, but think that 0.5cm gains/month is ok if I'm able to keep it up over an extended period of time. Over one year that would be over two inches!

At least this stretch feels very intense to me.In the beginning I had lig pops almost all days, but now after more than a month the pops happen more rarely, about once every four days or so... I guess it is my dick being used do the kind of stress from this exercise.

Anyway, I'm keeping this exercise in my routine as long as it feels effective.
In fact I'll go and do my stretching routine now :)
