As @squirt_inducer_man already said: Yes. Cementing it will keep your gains, a maintenance routine is mostly done for penis health purposes as we grow older. Think of it like training your muscles, which is also important as we grow older.
Sorry I don’t mean to ask all these questions. But from your statement it seems you’re saying that as we age if we don’t atleast do a maintenance routine I could have a not healthy penis which to me means not a hard dick. I guess I’m confused by what you mean healthy penis sorry

No problem brother. And yes, as we age it will become harder to get an erection. Just like everything else on our body, and our mind, starts to deteriorate with age we need to somehow train it all to keep it functioning somewhat properly.

That’s why I do meditation everyday for my mind, working out hard everyday for my body and mind and do PE to keep my penis at top health as well.

Many men as they age often needs Viagra to get erect, but if you work out and do PE you might not need that as you grow older. Even Hugh Hefner had to use Viagra in his older days.
 
No loss in EQ that I can remember, was still waking up with raging morning wood and everything. And having frequent erections during the day if I ever thought about about women.

yea that makes a lot of sense, as we age our bodies will become fragile and start to break down. We’re young now so PE shouldn’t cause any eq issues it seems to me it increases eq. But as we age doing a maintenance routine will help keep that from happening. The statement “use it or lose that shit” comes to mind. But hey we all have life’s and family’s so just cause I can’t do PE week in week out. Getting back on the wagon if I ever quit will only benefit. And knowing you and squirt inducer still have good eq through long term PE gives me comfort. It’s time to shoot for my goal and work hard. Let’s say you stopped all PE what would your maintenance routine look like? And how many minutes do you think the average maintenance routine should take? Also if I’m extending or hanging I hear that you don’t have to do maintenance for that if it’s cemented. So what would you even be maintaining if it’s cemented? And how would that look? Example-if I have cemented my gains and they are now permanent. Where does the maintenance come into play? Like kegels and stuff, towel raises etc. I just don’t see why pulling on my dick even for one day a week if it’s cemented will have any benefits!!! If you have cemented gains then wouldnt eq be the focus and I hear frequent erections and kegels are what helps that along with diet.

And do you really think there are older men in their 70-80s with tip top penis health on this forum who are having erections like they did when they are younger! I highly doubt it. I mean even king snake died from a heart attack. Could that have been from too much PE. Do we even have enough data that says if you do PE as you age your dick will be healthy? Like do we actually have data to back that up. Science says diet, and exercise are king for erections not tugging on your dick. Or am I wrong?

Damn yo you’re 40, you look a lot younger. That’s what’s up. And pumping 2-3 times a day is enough for maintenance? I didn’t know that. So what about someone who used an extender to gain size you suggest a pump for maintenance not wearing the extender for maintenance?

And not 2-3 times a day, but 2-3 times a week of pumping should be more than enough to keep your gains and keeping the penis healthy. I would most certainly think doing pumping only should keep the extender gains you’ve made as pumping usually works on both length and girth.

Wow thanks for that info bro, so I have this hard vein on my dick now cause I kegeled and clamped in the past without training like a dumb ass. Hopefully it will heal but it’s been there after 8 months but I continued to have sex etc. once it heals would I be safe to pump long term knowing I have that injury? And have you ever experienced an injury from PE like myself from dumb mistakes? I hope it heals I’ve even given it over a week but after a few times of sex it comes back. Like damn it’s annoying.

I was dumb too and did not listen to the signals my penis was sending me about the sharp pain and ended up not being able to get an erection for almost a year due to the obvious nerve damage I caused myself. I honestly thought I had ruined my penis, it just felt numb all the time but then after about a year everything started working properly again.

You see, the body has an amazing ability to heal itself, even the penis, as long as you give it some time. If I were you I would just try out some light pumping and see how it goes, but if you do feel any type of pain then just release the pressure and assess the situation afterwards. I have worked my way through minor penis injuries before, doing PE.

Yo I was thinking about how I’m already 6.5x5.5 girth. I’m going to just do maintenance on it for now until later with my wife if things change. Do you think this is a good routine? kegels every other day, heart healthy foods, exercise, 2 days light pumping for 10-20 minutes each.

I do worry a little about the pumping cause I don’t want to gain girth because what if later I want to gain length and I hear a thicker penis is hard to stretch. How do I use the pump but make sure I don’t gain girth, ONLY MAINTENANCE ON 6.5x5.5? If I want to gain girth after marriage etc I will but do you think light pumping for 2 days a week I’ll just maintain 5.5 and not really gain girth? I’m just looking to put together a maintenance routine for what I already have which is 6.5x5.5. (No gains for now).

Use the LENGTHMASTER 3 then. You will gain some thickness with that device as well.

Never had a hard vein, and I’ve done some intense pumping in periods but experienced zero problems from it.
My erection angle is pretty much the same, maybe leaning a tiny bit to the left from all the stretching.

Yeah, I’ve heard that too, that a girthier penis is harder to stretch. Just think of a thin and thick rubber band, which one would be the easiest to stretch? Of course the thin one.

When pumping only twice a week you don’t stand to make any permanent girth gains, from my experience at least. So no need to worry that you’ll end up with a much bigger girth from that, only some temporary gains most likely.

And one way to prevent gaining girth with pumping is to use a tube where you fill it up girth wise but not length wise. What I’m trying to say is that a smaller in diameter tube will put most of the pumping effects into length.

Like me I’m using a 2 inch diameter MityVac tube and I fill it up in girth but not in length making the only way my penis can go is to more length. If you wan’t to gain both length and girth by pumping get a cylinder that is 0.25 inches larger in diameter than the thickest part of your erect penis girth.

Best of luck with your maintenance routine, and the «worst» that could happen to you from pumping is that you gain some length. I’ve even gained length from using a cylinder that was way to girthy for me so pumping is a great length enhancer as well. But as already said with a smaller cylinder in contrast to your girth you’ll mostly gain length.

I don't see any problems. It's just the skin. Stretch normally.
hey man sorry I was off topic I’ll try not to again. Btw you said there was nothing wrong with that area from the pics that it’s just skin. I just feel like that area is like “pinched or something “. Since the area on my right feels so damn pinched from all the times I measured with force you think stretching to the left will get rid of that feeling? DLD seems to think so I wanted to get more than one witness to validate this. Not that I don’t believe him, he’s an OG. And will stretching to the left a few weeks or month make my penis bend only to the left? I swear it feels like something is pushing on that area without anything doing it in the physical.
