Ligament problem

Heres my issue I haven’t done much length work but months back I was measuring to often and with to much force on my right ligament side of my penis. Now it seems like my right side sinks into my skin and my left side seems normal. It’s like my right side has the sunken skin where my lig should be raised up like the left. DLD suggested I stretch to the left for a few weeks but I was hearing about LOT theory and was wondering if stretching straight would be better? Wanted to hear what others thought about this? It’s weird my right side is sunk lower into my body it self than the left. Like a valley near my right ligament/pubes but my left is lifted like a mountain lol. I can even stick my finger into the right side but with my left I have to apply force.

LOT Theory, is nothing you should care about.
 
Ok well how do I fix this then, stretch up, to the left, or down? Should I use my rod extender and angle up
I have never heard about this problem before. Can you provide a picture, so we can see how it looks like?

What routine do you recommend for the hanger? Someone has a penimaster pro for the low I can get. What routine do you suggest?
You want to do bundled stretches to gain fast and save time. Buy the LENGTHMASTER 3 instead, and do bundled stretches with it.

Have you read the SRT?

If your goal is not to do any active manual stretches, either with your hands or with LENGTHMASTER 3, or a broomstick, or a Power Assist device.

I suggest that before you are getting into your extender, that you at least do bundled stretches for 10 - 15 minutes . This will loosen up tunica albuginea, and you will have an easier time to get maximum elongation from your extender sessions.

Those are my exact thoughts on why I choose to wear an extender as well, after doing the LENGTHMASTER 3 stretches.
