Okay, so that title doesn't sound the most poetic in the world, but I totally don't know the name for the stretch where you reach behind your ass and pull your penis behind and up to stretch it.

I've been doing this for a few minutes in the shower every day for about a week now and I feel like I'm getting a good stretch from it - right at the base of my penis it really pulls and I tend to go a bit extreme to the point where it's starting to hurt.

If I simply continue to just use this technique every day, will I eventually grow a bit? I'm just curious if this is one of the better stretches out there, because it sure feels like it. It feels like it's stretching me so should I keep going with this thing?
 
its called the Between the Cheeks stretch or the BTC, and yes, if you keep doing it with consistency and intensity you will grow

But thanks, this is the sort of response I wanted. I'm going to try to do this every day and I'll hopefully have gains to tell you all about.

For sure, it's an actual stretch. DLD swears by it and I believe he has stated that it was very much a part of his early gains. I've practiced it and still do. I get amazing temporary length gains with this stretch. I hope they do translate into permanent growth some day. One caveat: be careful where you grab your dick when you do these. Don't grab it too close to your glans, or if you are cut, near the scar. There is a bundle of sensitive nerves there you want to avoid. My only injury occurred in this area.

It's one powerful stretch, I think, because you are using your thigh and buttocks muscles when doing this stretch. I can pull my dick to the second vertabra (above the tail bone). I love the feel of this stretch!!!

Orangedot,

Hold it about half way down so that the head of your penis is nestled in the palm of your hand. That way you won't be pulling on those sensitive nerves.

I always did stretches by gripping between the scar and glans, is this wrong? By halfway do you mean in the middle of the penis behind the scar? I did it between scar and glans for months before I started hanging.
 
I'm not sure but I think I was the one who started this technique, I posted it on some Penis Enlargement site about 6 or 7 months ago. It does work and you get an awesome stretch. I have stretch marks at the base of my penis due to this technique. The way I perform this is grab your penis from behind your legs with an ok grip palms down on the top of your shaft around the head. Then pull back as far as you can up the crack of your ass and hold it for 10 seconds. I usually do this at the end of my stretching exercise for about 5 minutes. I started calling it the power stretch but I'm not sure if it's mine to name.
 
Lazy ass stretches are when you pull your dick behind your ass or behind one of the cheeks and sit on it
