The best lube for jelqing and health

Hello, I use olive oil to jelq with and I truly believe there is nothing better. One application lasts for over an hour or more if you go the distance. It contains alot of vitamin E which feeds your penis's skin for quicker rejuvenation and helps red spots/ other boo boo's. but I don't ever hurt myself with olive oil now. And it moisturizes very well, perhaps aids the expanding?? And it's all natural. Please let me know what you think.

I am one month into my own program, (basically bits from all of your great and very helpful programs) and the results are: start 5.4 BPenis EnlargementL x 5.0 EG / Now 6.0 BPenis EnlargementL x 5.2 EG. I am very happy.

I also credit some of the quick growth to doing arm-bar v-stretches pulling my head downward. I have alot of up curve, so my penis is straightening out and growing. So my bone press measure is more just from changing curved to straight. But my head is also bigger now. Which is awesome. I want a huge head.

You got my vote, brother. I've been a big EVOO "pusher" for a loooong time. And I usually squeeze a few extra capsules of E into the bottle when I first crack it open, helps keep it from going rancid even longer, helps the skin and, Hell, it's edible.

I took you guy's advice and tried olive oil. I usually use Vaseline (petroleum jelly), so I didn't think the olive oil was thick and slick enough. I like the thicker lubes the best, like Baby Oil gel too....

So, I decided to apply a good base coat of olive oil, then apply Vaseline as usual..... Best jelq lube and work-out ever!!! I've done this for about two weeks now and I don't plan on using anything else. You guys should try it! It's fantastic!

any plant oil will probably work. I use grape seed oil. I read hemp oil works too. I also read high amounts of mineral based oil like baby oil can be toxic.

Toxic in what way, I use baby oil sometimes, I need to try some olive or grape then.

When I use the Vaseline, I warm it up by rubbing it back and forth in my hands. This thins it out nicely. It's suppose to adhere to you a bit. When I'm done I just wipe off with slow, deliberate, firm strokes and everthing is fine.

It's great if you apply a good coat of oil, like how I describe earlier, before you apply the Vaseline.

i use a silicone based, like millenium id. it never dries up, and isn't water soluble, though tea tree oil gets it off pretty quick. moisturizes pretty nicely, too.

I've used them all but for olive oil. My favorite so far is vasaline,or any off brand white petrolatum. I put gobs on my hands and my dicks. I have sessions usally lasting 45-60 minutes and by far,the petrolatum is the best that i've tried. Yes it can get messy but I always take a hot shower and clean up nicely after a great session. ( no probs with clean up.

i do the same but with grape seed oil. Gone so far as to premix them.

You can just whipe it up,for a quick fix,or just take a hot shower and use soap.

I use old spice,or axe body wash. I've never had a problem with clean up,after using vasaline.

This is interesting. I'm thinking I'll definitely have to try this. I think hemp oil would work well too. Its high in moisturizers, omega 3 and 6, and has anti-aging effects which might be important since the skin is stretched and stressed so much with this kind of work.

I think I found the best mix and I must agree that the olive oil is great but I get a 300 mil container and add 3 quarters of that with vasoline and then add a condom lubricant and then a skin repair cream along with savlon a antiseptic cream I blend them all together and walla I have a great loob that leaves the skin healthy and lasts for ever. The reason that I am doing this is in the booklet that I got with the extender said to have all of these things ready in case of skin irritation so I thought why not put these things on my schlong on a daily basis and prevent the irritation. It has worked great but I only do 400 jelques on a daily basis I am not to sure how it will go on a longer basis. Oh and the 300 mil container lasts for ever.

I'm sorry I couldn't resist. Sounds interesting. What brand/type of antiseptic cream do you use? Never really heard of using this.... are you talking about maybe like a Neosporene? And also what brand/type of skin repair creme... I'm not to sure about what these items are... Thanx.... "That's what it's all about!"
