This is crazy. OK I fucked up after 11 days but I just found this quote on a Medical Board:

I had my second wet dream last night! My frequency has been between 2-3 weeks. Wet dreams have been obvious over last period, I will now take an even keener eye on my dream cycle. I thought about this with complete honesty and if this is the best I can do, so be it, but I will not stop trying, why, I am DLD, that is what I do.

I feel bad for what happened, more the �naked people movies� than the masturbation. I prayed for forgiveness and I talked with my Spiritual Guide and the Brotherhood, I feel I have been given absolution from all (God my Guide and the Brotherhood). I will think on this today and in addition to the time clock and the challenge I will think of other things to include to help me go longer. If you have suggestions I am all ears.

well...if you're dead-set against masturbating, Mother Nature will eventually provide you with some relief but I don't believe relying on Nocturnal Emissions as a way to mitigate the 'build-up' will work. Too sporadic and capricious for it to be of any consistent use. So we're left with either a GF or surrogate of some kind...are you against having an FWB?
Fighting what Nature has designed us for is a recipe for failure, finding ways to physically/emotionally/morally come to terms with whatever 'alternative' means for ejaculation would be the next/logical step(s). Pretty simple really, it's just getting your brain to accept that our primary directive is to procreate and all functions are created to support this...the trouble starts when you try to deny what you've been made to do.
We definitely have different prisms, but I believe we spiritually agree on many levels...it just pains me to see this type of struggle when you could be utilizing those energies elsewhere.

PS, nocturnal emissions do not happen with me in these wet dreams so when I was in the shower early last night my penis felt very weak and I thought to myself "use it or lose it" I completely forgot about this until now. My thoughts were if I am not emitting I may be causing prostate issues. Justification?

Disassociating masturbation from �naked people movies� is a tough one. Masturbating without objectifying is also difficult, if not impossible. Masturbation and lust seem to go hand-in-hand and when you're 'lusting' it seems that nothing else matters...the 'prime-directive' is planting your seed at whatever cost at that point. I couldn't imagine being able to 'finish' while thinking about sunsets and rainbows, but I've definitely been able to by using my imagination and focusing on how good it feels vs. what I'm actually doing to another human being.
I think we grew-up in the same era where finding a Playboy, (or Penthouse if we were really lucky) was our 1st experience with ourselves. I think we're very fortunate that we didn't have the prevalence of �naked people movies� when we were young, cuz it's rewiring the brains of this generations men.

So my addition is not so much that of masturbation but more of looking at lewd material.

hell I havent masturbated in prob 45 days, so does having sex with your spouse count against it, if not hell I may even get in on this.

Masturbation in itself is not wrong. Like I said earlier though if you can't without �naked people movies� at all then you probably need a break. If you aren't in a sexual relationship you will eventually need to masturbate if for nothing more than to empty your prostate.
You may need to force yourself to just go 2 or 3 weeks AND stop doing kegels while doing it. When you do masturbate it'll be easier to reach orgasm without �naked people movies�. Then reset the clock and go a few more weeks, this time only stopping kegels during the final week. A few cycles of this should help reboot your brain into being able to masturbate simply for the pleasure of it.
If you feel 90 days is still necessary then go for it. Maybe it's just a 90 day plan to rewire your brain to not need �naked people movies� because it seems like that's what you're going for. I hope it works out for you.
Or does the lack of self control refer to going outside of your marriage? Do not covet thy neighbor's wife is a commandment and the 10 commandments spell out exactly what is right or wrong. If Satan was to tempt you he would try to get you to go against one of the explicitly spelled out wrongs, not an arbitrary one.
