How's it work...might I suggest a Sticked thread where we can all post starting stats for -each- member to see. Then when we update at the end we'll have those starting stats to look at.
 
Here are mine. You can post them where ever. I'm a solid 8.5" ruler measured bone pressed stretched flaccid. I can get it to 8.75" occasionally but not consistently and not when I"m cold. My goal is 8.75" cold and 9" after a solid stretch routine.

Quarter inch increments are normal for me. I'll jump up a half inch to an inch some times after a really heavy duty stretch routine. It's so fuckin' variable, it drives me crazy. I used to think this was impossible until I read DLD's long post about his original break through. The thing was, he didn't back off like I did. He kept pushing. I backed off and my gains, (that I thought were permanent) dropped back.

Let's go for it, men!!!

I really like to see that the team november focus is a lot on dedication and helping pushing eachother than having the focus competition. The mr November prize thing is lso good but should be more of a complement I think. Then a lot more members (who not usually post pics) can join in and we can have more of a team effect. What do you think about that?

What were your are all time high bpfls measurement? If i remember correctly you made relly fast bpfls improvements in the beginning,
Time to get thoose measurements back at the end of november!

8,5" bpfls is a really good measurement, are you still aiming for 11" in the length deparment?

I think the idea of getting more people involved is great. We don't care about a guy's length now. He can be 4 inches or less. It's what he can gain this month, right?

I never measured bpfls at all for the first three years, so I have no idea. I'm pretty sure my erections were longer than my bpfls's.

And I never used a ruler--only a tape--so I can't compare with now. My maximums would occur coming off a full erection and I was just awakening first thing in the morning, so I was lying down. My dick was getting soft but was still lengthening. I would measure straight out, parallel to the bed, right? What a trip!!!! :p

I don't think that way was comparable to what we are doing with a ruler. I got incredible measurements!!. Eleven inches, or more!!! I guess they weren't realistic, but at least they kept me motivated. (Also the tape would hug my penis and since I have more than a two inch length glans at the max, that gave me more length than a ruler would).

I don't think an eleven inch erect penis bone pressed is a realistic goal for me any more. But who knows? I'd be happy with a solid cold, awakening in the morning, for example, 9" bone pressed erection. I'm pretty sure if I can reach that totally flaccid stretched to the max, I'll have that erect.

Thanks for the motivation, guys!! It's just what the doctor ordered!! My aging body is in good working order--all my other stats are dynamite!!! I'm losing body weight, hopefully my fat pad as well. So let's go for it!!!!

To everyone in team november, what are your goals for november?

My goal is pretty high this month. I´m now starting at bpfls 22 cm. Goal is to reach 22,7 cm at the end of november.

Gonna give everything I got in the stretching sessions!
 
Looking for 7.75" in the bpfsl department. Complementing hanging with stretcher and static wrap for ads

I am changing my november goal to 22,5 cm bpfls. More realistic and we are already a couple of days in.
 
How much hang time do you guys try to get in daily? Just as much as you can or do you have a set time? Advice would be good, be doing 40-60 min with 5 lbs. (sets of 20 min). Thanks fellas

BPFLS = 7 1/4"
BPenis EnlargementL = 6 7/8"
NBPenis EnlargementL = 5 1/2"
Girth = 5 1/8"


Goals:
BPFLS = 7 1/2"
BPenis EnlargementL = 7"
NBPenis EnlargementL = 5 3/4"+
Girth = 5 1/4"

pretty modest 1/4" for wanted gains in the stretched department and only an 1/8" gain in the bone pressed...but 4 days in and I've not started up the routine yet...the plan is to do the DLD newbie routine 5 days a week starting -this- monday the 5th of November and ending on the 30th (wow works out well since it's a friday :)

So a full 4 weeks 20 days of doing the DLD routine...wish me luck!!!

For everyone, I don´t hang. I use manual work + extender. Every technique is allowed, anything goes!

9" bpfls! That seems to be a magic number to break, while there double digits is not far away!
 
I'm in I'll measure and start a log soon. I would like to gain a 1/4 of an inch in bpfsl. My plan of attack is to hang whenever I can while I study. Exams are next month so I'll have plenty of opurtunities to tug on the pecker. Also I'm having my wisdom teeth removed the 30th so I'll have to gain before then. I'll probably do a fatigue based routine and alternate heavy with medium to light days and maybe throw some girth work in every now and then.
