What supplement are the best and at a good price to put on muscle fast, ive looked at myoplex = too expensive.

And to cut up and get really defined what should i take and how long before my hols should i take it?

Here is a pic of me doin full monty at college when i was in my prime lol

Hello mate ... well sadly it will cost you some on supps.
I have been working my ass off sili since May 2006 and had like 4-6 weeks out in September and started back in October and currently still at it.

Went from a 10.5 stone to 11.13/12 stone which I'm at now ... my shoulders/lats and back are my main features ... love my lats.

My aim is your old size .. 13.5 stone.

I use this site to buy from http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/ cheapest Whey protein I ever seen 11lbs of it for £25

Also look at http://www.muscleform.co.uk/ they have good stuff

Sometimes you can get bargains here http://www.bulknutrition.com/ but they are from the USA and shipping can take the piss!!!

Search on EBay also for cheap stuff

I would go for .....

CEE [Creatine Ethyl ester]
L-Glutamine
Whey Protein
Maltodextrin [carbs]
Dextrose [carbs]

Those are your basics ... I take other stuff but for basics that is what I started with and it worked.

Take 250-300G of protein per day and anywhere from 300-600G of carbs per day .. I would say 500G, so 250G of Maltodextrin and 250G of Dextrose.

Others will chime in soon.

You had a very good physique, the chest and shoulders especially.

Cheers RED, i will research into those supplements in abit, thanks.

I used to take cretiein monohydrate and weighgain 5000, this piled the weight on from what i can remember.

I am seeing my body start to come back now, this time however i am training my abs alot more and the 6 pack is coming through, i think i will gain more size naturally neway for now, i am trying to eat as much as i possibly can, tuna etc.

thanks for the reply...
Also anybody know a really good work out for the abs, shoulders and biceps?

I will send you a workout I do for the shoulders and biceps if you want?
I'm sure however that more experienced builders know more than me and can send you better info but I will help if needed.

Also know two sites [one SUPenis EnlargementRB] with routines and free e-books ... PM me and I will send them you otherwise I forget.

I dont exercise my abs ... only part I dont do ... must start soon.

What I LOVED was the roman chair sit ups ... I suggest those or hung upside down from a monkey bar in a door frame and lift yourself up ... MEGA INTENSE on the abs and you dont cheat or work other areas when on a standard sit-up which I do not like.

Best of luck and keep me updated.

looking well in tht pic there bulc.

id advise you to stick to a good diet and maybe supplement with protein shakes.

here is a tipical day in the world of my diet ;)

every morning vitamins ;)

7am - 6egg whites + milk

10 - turkey sandwich + fruit + milk

1 - chicken fillets - veggies

4 - tuna sandwich - nuts

5.30 - 30g protein shake

7 - 30g protein shake + banana

9 bowl of wheetabix/porridge/oatmeal + milk

11 6eggg whites

use to follow this down to the T then left my job with more work and lost the diet. but back at it again wif my new job :D and gainin the weight again.

im only 5ft8ish and im coming up to 12 + half stone :D

Your diet. Bump your calories

whey
multi v
fish or flax oil
bcaa
creatine

I'm 5ft11 and weight 185 lbs. How many stones is that? :D

I've heard you English guys use that term before, but don't know exactly what it means- Im 18.5 stone?

Anyway, I've recently made a bunch of threads here and other places stating how changing my diet around and exercising more has really changed my life for the better so much. I don't want to lecture you Bulc, or anyone really, as you seem to know all about good diet. The easiest way to put one some lbs is to do less cardio- still some though and do a lot of lifting with longs rests in between sets- though once or twice a week train with very short rests before sets and start with low weight and move up to max weights, switching exercises and muscle groups frequently. And, to pack on the lbs quickly take a weight gainer and take in 1.5-2 times your ideal body weight in protein- ONLY when you trying yo pack on lbs though, you obviously wouldnt do this when trying to get cut up!

Form is everything.

To build explosive (usefull) strength lift the weights up quickly, but in a controlled manner and then bring them down slowly- focus on the muscle that you are working, trying not to bring other muscles into it.

Sorry if im ranting- Im really into this stuff though and have learned so much from researching it online and through my own workouts, and I would like to help others with what Ive learned.

Hope any of this helps and you get to where you want to be, good luck.

.

14lbs = 1 stone

185lbs = 12 1/2 stone.

bulc9,spend your cash on buying quality food and following a solid diet,if any cash over go for some unflavoured whey which you can buy in bulk, with that you can make homemade MRPS.

The links red posted will put you on the right track.

Cheers for the help guys.

My diet is normally good anyway, but sometimes when i get up or during the day i could never be arsed opening a tin of tuna and rather have a bag of salt and vingar crisps. Which i need to get out of doing, pure lazy! Also i am going bed late and getting up late, which is not good, i want to start getting up at 8-9am and not mid day, coz im a student! No excuse!

I have got a part time job now £60 a week i think thats about $100 ish i think lol. So now i can afford to get some supplements! The only problem i face now, is i used to have very bad acne on my back and neck i am very bad. My skin is completly clear now as i went on roacutane. But i remember when i was taking the supplements back then especially weightgain 1500, i started to some out in a lot of spots on my neck!

Is this due to the amount of protein intake or should that not affect it? Because i really do not want spots again!

My food normally consists of:
Eggs
Tuna
Chicken
Brown rice / pasta
Soy and linseed wholemeal bread.
Baked beans
Meat and veg (sunday dinner) maybe through the week
Cottage cheese
Weatabix

Need to start adding a bowl of oats i hear alot of people eating that! And i need to start eating alot more of the above foods!

As for my workout -

Monday - Back / Triceps
Tuesday - Chest / biceps
Wednesday - football 6 a side
Friday - Shoulders / both biceps / triceps

Situps are noramally included if time permits. Workout duration is 1hr 15mins.

I am thinking of getting -

Pure Whey
http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/sea...s/&fkr=1&from=R8&satitle=pure+whey&category0=

CEE [Creatine Ethyl ester]
http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/sea...action=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search

L-Glutamine
http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/sea...=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search&fgtp=

From the above links for each product would someone be kind enough to recommend one to get for each topic? I dont want any extra things like shaker or shirt, just the best product that will work and gain weight! I have had a look but theres that many, just need someone with expereince in supplements, thanks again

They are not sure now if CEE is 100% safe.. I'd get Monohydrate if I were you..

Who's not sure? What are 'they' saying about it? I use it in the form of NOXplode before my workouts- before both cardio and before I lift. I notice a bit more of a pump and most of the time I notice a def. boost in stamina and focus once I get going- not sure how much of this I can credit to the CEE, or to the other supplements that are jammed into the powder, but my point is that Ive been taking CEE for a few months now and I feel fine- looking slim and tight too.

Yeah I know.. but my friend who is a bodybuilder, very knowledgeable about all kinds of supplements n shit and etc, hes been using CEE since summer 2004 and he was EXTREMELY high on it.. said it has all the benefits of creatine without the bloat.. but.. he told me recently he stopped because he read theres been some new research that it reallly places a lot of stress on liver and kidneys, when compared to creatine monohydrate (which creates a lot of stress on liver and kidneys and etc to begin with but nowhere near as much as CEE) cause of the ester agent or something.. apparently theres some stuff that the ester agent is really helpful for.. but creatine is apparently just too strong a substance or something.

No offense, but your friend telling you something doesn't mean jack. If you do some research you' ll find that proper use of creatine isn't going to cause additional stress on anything, except maybe your bones from the muscle you stand to gain. As long as you don't take retarded amounts of the stuff, and drink sufficient water you'll be good, in fact you'll be better. Don't believe the hype man.

-Not the greatest source, but it proves my point.
