there are a ton of threads on the subject (use google or the search function)
the most popular are probably erect stretching. gentle massage and heat will also loosen things up but it depends how much time you have

The only time I stretched my balls was when I was using the SG. I used to allow some part of my balls sack get trapped at the base in the SG and I stretch it along with my penis shaft. You can as well stretch your balls sack just as you have written.

Yeah I've read on a few different post where you said you put your sack in the SG. I have been doing the pulls I mentioned above hoping for some hang time.

Many men do this to alleviate the pressure on the scrotum allowing, for some, a much more comfortable and propitiable stretch.
