Ive mentioned this before , but I'm just plain stuck at the 180 in the Bathmate for over 2 weeks know.
not really complaining becouse i started at 160 the first week then grew to 170 then to 180 under full presure.
maybe i need to jump into a weighted length devise.
need something i can wear all day under loose shorts.
whats some thoughts?
Also i believe I'm around 7 weeks with the Bathmate.

Take that back only been a month...LOL
checked my posts and i see i got my Bathmate on the 28th of june.
maybe ill wait till end of this month to wine...haha
 
Well it is good you are looking for more expansion so this post will serve a good purpose. Have you included any manual work into your Bathmate routine? How long are your Bathmate sets?
 
@ DLD I'd say about between 45 min to an hr of warm up jelqIng and Bathmate use before bed. i just started more jelqing morning and after work. I'm getting awsome expansion, but at this rate ill be girthier than i am long..lol

Have you tried super-setting your jelqing with the Bathmate? This is the best method of expansion and you will get the least fluid retention. I suggest 5 minutes in the tube and 5 minutes jelqing. Repeat this 2-3 times and you will be holding an anaconda!

Ill just keep postimg on this thread.
so is water retention that bad? What does it mean?
I seem to platou if i dont push the envelope so a good warm up, do some jelqing and the 5 In Bathmate 5 jelqing gets crazy expansion yet brings crazy water log....lol
but keeping the Bathmate under full pull and jelqing under 60% er i get the best work out i feel but good water retention behind gland.
if i dont push the limits and get this retention i feel I'm worked hard enough to gain. so do i just ignoreit or???

Water retention is something that will happen when you go too hard or too long. How long are your sets?

I'd guess 3 min of jelqing and 5 min of Bathmate & around 4 sets of each.

When do you notice the retention? Maybe you could cut out a set and fill that space with massage to alleviate the fluid.
 
My question is: if I push myself so hard and do get water retention, does it matter!?

I really don't care if I get water retention as long as I'll gain faster.

I've pumped for months with an air pump so I'm conditioned and just got my Bathmate a week ago.

I did a crazy slowly building up the pressure 7 sets of 10 minutes and did get water retention but had 3/4-1 inch expansion in girth and grew from 17cm initially to 19cm at the end of the 7th set.

Now I'm not going to go this long every time! Usually will only do 3-4x10.

But like br1976 I want to know if it really matters, and if the extra work with a funky looking dick will pay off in quicker gains or are we wasting our time!?

I'll push hard, doing more sets and take water retention if I'm gonna gain quicker!!

Let me add that I did manage to get rid of a lot of the fluid retention afterwards by doing the sqj's and jelqing for 10 minutes and then some edging.

I mostly had tissue expansion.

Excellent feedback! Men need to understand how valuable the SlowSquashJelq is to maximum expansion with the lowest fluid retention. Everyone following this protocol is making gains.
 
Thanks DLD! Your slow squash jelq is awesome. My favorite workout in the past was the supra slammers but this is much better I think!

My one question is this:
Does it really matter of I get some fluid retention? If I do some long workout that feels great with a lot of expansion and some fluid retention will I grow faster by putting in the work even though I went so long to get some fluid retention?

Some fluid will always stick around for most guys, that is fine as long as you are getting the tissue expansion.
 
As topic states I'm still stuck at 180ish, I've beening useing the egobooster to try and aid in length. ben useing it 2 weeks basically all dauby everyday. ive gained flaccid length and girths by a lot, but erect. getting flustered.
