So I've read a million posts about guys having pretty remarkable progress with Size Genetics, or extenders in general. I don't know if I'm just really slow to grow or if I need to be switching things up somehow. It's difficult for me to have any sort of set routine as I travel a ton and have odd schedules. I still have been trying to put the hours in though. I have a good understanding of how the device works, so it's not like I'm not using tension or anything. I started in October of 2014 and I'm almost at 700 hours now since that time. I started off at 900 grams and moved up to 1200 over the course of a month. I've been tracking my time and measurements and I've gone from BPEL 178mm (7.0') to 184 (7.24'). I'll take it, but it is a bit discouraging to hear other guys getting up to an inch in 4 months or so with a lot less hours.

I only started tracking BPSFL after a month from my start point, and it went from 184mm (7.24') to 197 (7.68'). Any suggestions on breaking through? I don't do manual exercises but use the bathmate often (around 32 hours since I started the SG).
 
I'm in a similar situation, what I've noticed recently though that's making a difference is wearing the SG for longer periods of time, usually about 3 - 4 hrs in one go & readjusting the tension back to 1200 every 45 minutes to an hour as it slacks off.

The only way that has been possible is by switching over from cloth wrap/SG foam rings to using a silicone sleeve as my padding & have found the comfort level unmatched! Previously i would start to get irritation under the strap & couldn't go longer than an hour as it was too uncomfortable and also i found that i had to strap in a lot tighter when using cloth which would tend to cut off circulation to the glans. Both of those issues have been resolved with the silicone sleeve & the only time i notice i have it on is sometimes i get a little irritation at the base from rubbing against the sac.

Point being that since going for longer periods in one continuous block of time I'm winding the rods further & further out to keep getting back to 1200gms of tension so my dick is getting a longer stretch from it than breaking it up into smaller chunks of 1hr at a time, within the last month i went from using the 2 big rods to now using 2 big rods + the smaller one & will soon have to swap that out for the medium one. Hopefully in a few more months i can finally use all the rods that came in the box! that will be a sweet day 😄
 
Nice. I use the velcro mod and I'm pretty comfortable with that, but I couldn't ever see going 3 hours or more straight. I do understand what you're saying though. Every time I take it off, I wind it back in and kind of reset. As time goes by, especially the first 15 minutes, I try to keep adjusting it to maintain the tension level. Once I get to the point where the threads start to show, I'll add the next step up in bar. I think one key is duration in a day. I don't feel that 4 hours or less in a day does much of anything, but if I can get 6+ I really notice that I've stretched enough to possibly step up in bar. The first time I have it on during the day, I can go 2-2.5 hours, but later on it ends up being about 1 before I need to take it off.

Can you point me in the direction of this silicone sleeve you mention? Also, 2 big rods is pretty stout! I'm teetering between a long+medium and long+medium+short at the moment.
 
I got mine from a company called absilicone, it was labelled as being for use when pumping but it works a treat for the SG. It's just a hollow silicone tube. I'm sure if you looked around ebay or amazon or similar sites you could find similar products for much cheaper as absilicone was pretty pricey & i found their customer support to be none existent.

I would agree on the time used per day thing, i find that 6hrs + makes a noticeable difference as opposed to under 4hrs a day. I usually get about 2 - 3 hrs in before work and about another 3 - 4hrs after work while I'm just cruising around the house. On days off work i average between 8 - 10 hrs if I'm just lounging around home.

No idea man, I only looked at �other forum� once, didn't like the general vibe of the posting so i never went back. I find everyone here to be more errrm... can't think of the right word... mature/cohesive/supportive? So i just stick to here. I guess a sleeve could serve that purpose when pumping but i would assume it would need to be fairly rigid to force the length over width, I don't have personal experience with that so I'm only guessing.

They're fukin autistic man, remember the how the bathmate is stronger than the penomet? They called it a design flaw because high pressure is dangerous what a bunch of lames.

Anything beyond our Newbie Routine is considered dangerous over there. I feel bad for the members that just can't gain, they should defect to the Brotherhood to get those gains they want.
 
I would add hanging weight to your length routine. Check out malehnger. It's really cheap and durable. If price isn't an option go with length master.
 
I've finally concluded that longer hours in the SG is the way to go. I will be doing this when I buy the vlc

I know it's only been a few days since my post, but I've been putting the hours in and already have progressed to the next step in rod length. It just seems that if you're not doing at least 6 hours a day, maybe the effectiveness is quite a bit lower - for instance, two 4 hour days do not equal one 8 hour day as far as progression.

This is true because as time goes by and the intensity is present at 4 hours you are breaking down tissue and creating length but as you keep this going, the Tunica breaks down even more allowing for even better gains. It is all about time management and getting as much in as you can.
