Not seeing gains from bathmate and sizegenetics??

Hi everyone, so I have been using size genetics for almost about a year now, after taking a break from it. I’ve wearing it 5-6 hours everyday and only taking breaks about 1-2 times a week, I have tried everything, implementing 5-10 min of stretching and jelquing before going into the sizegenetics. I decided to get the bathmate to boost my gains about 6-7 months ago and have been using it 5x a week at full pressure for 15-20 min. Also I jelq before I put on the bathmate. I have seen little to no gains in girth or length and am starting to get discouraged. I’ve read just about every blog post so I know this stuff works. Any advice would be very welcomed and appreciated! Thank you!

That sounds frustrating and I’m sorry my brother but let us look towards the future and see how we can correct it. What exactly are you doing for a routine right now? Let me know what time, reps, exercises, tools and anything else that will help me discern your training. Also let me know how much time you have each day and how much privacy you have. What are your goals and where did you start? Let me know these answers and I can start helping you.

What size are you now and what is your goal size? What are you more concerned about at this moment girth or length? I want to rewrite your routine completely so let me know the answers to those questions.

I’ve mainly been concerned with length, but have realized I don’t have much girth to fit in the strap of size genetics. So girth is also a priority, this is why I tried combining bathmate + size genetics.
I started at:
5.5 EL
6 BPEL
4 girth
Now:
5.6 EL
6.1 BPEL
4 girth

That’s going to make this so much easier as going for length alone will bring those gains so much quicker than going after both. What size do you want to get to? How much time do you have to dedicate every day?

I would love to get to at least 6.5 EL and 5 Girth, due to the pandemic I have a lot of free time.

I think that is 100% attainable...follow the advice of DLD and the other brothers here and you will be in good shape. Like you, I want to gain GIRTH - but I am currently re-focusing on length FIRST, and then going for the girth. Once I get my desired length (7.2"), I will hit the SSJ/Bathmate routine hard to get myself up to 5.7" Girth.

I agree to go for length exclusively first...HTH!
 
During this quarantine where we are losing our rights and we’re stuck inside and we’re made to do things we don’t want to do I love that my brothers are taking advantage of this and adding to their size.

Any advice on a new routine I could try out?
 
I would say that you should go for the SRT routine 100% since you have the equipment necessary to do it. And you have tons of time to understand it and practice it during this lockdown. Have a readthrough SRT and see where he can help you and get back to me and let’s put a routine together.

Manual stretches - 30 min
Strapped on sizegenetics - 8 hours
Bathmate -15 min max pressure
I am looking into getting something to wear while I sleep but as of right now I have nothing.
Questions:
Should I wear SG at full tension after manuals?
Should I incorporate manual girth exercises before or after bath mate?

Definitely felt some fatigue today, which I haven’t felt in a while, hopefully this is the start of some real growth!
Also still looking for something cheap I can wear at night to stay in extended state.

Excellent work my brother I’m very proud of you. Remember when you feel fatigue it is the best time to stretch even more, there’s no better time to stretch them when you’re in the state of fatigue as the pelvic floor muscles cannot hold back the intensity of the stretch giving it all to the ligament.

You can go a few different ways as far as healing is concerned. There are a few methods that will work in healing the penis In a elongated state. I will go from the most effective down.

SiliStretcher
The SS can be worn 24/seven. It’s very good with both giving gaining intensity while also providing healing intensity. Many men wear it to bed through the night to get an extra 7 to 10 hours of length work in. So it is the best device in both areas gaining and healing.

ADS
Most other extenders are not suited to wear through the night. But any extender you can wear during the day with light intensity to bring healing. You say you have a SG, you can use that to heal. I wouldn’t suggest anything more than an hour at a time.

The VLC
The VLC is an attachment that is used for the SG. But it can be used solo as a light ADS. Wearing it through the night is an option for some people but be very careful if you’re going to do this, set alarms through the night to be sure you’re safe.

SiliSleeves
Sleeves are a great way to keep yourself extended while healing. They can be worn up to 2 to 3 hours but I would check yourself to be sure in the beginning.

Ace wrap
This is the oldest method and the least expensive method. If doing it correctly you can hold a wrap for a couple of hours before returning good blood circulation. Some men wear it loose to sleep with but I’ve never had that kind of success. But I have use this method extensively before any of the other methods above were available.

So I’ve been doing all I’m supposed to, stretching, then 6-7 hours in size genetics, took out bath mate because I wanted to focus more on length. Been doing this for almost a year and a half with little to no results and I’m starting to lose motivation. Any advice?

Bathmate isn't the best for length tbh unless doing expressive stretching, if length is your aim I'd look at manual stretching, using LM or even hanging
