I made this a blog entry a while back, but I doubt many men actually saw this. The subject of hand strength and better girth workouts. Think about it. If you are a girth trainer, you need a strong grip. Especially with exercises like the ''Uli'' squeeze and ''horse'' squeezes which require a strong squeeze and for it to be held for 30 seconds or longer with a tight grip. The leading cause of low intensity with these exercises is of course muscle fatigue in the hands, or just a weak grip in general. Even a man who ''thinks'' he is strong because he has a big bench or a strong dead-lift often has a WEAK GRIP. This is proven in the gym when you see the ''big guys'' using lifting straps to assist them in their workouts when their grip fatigues. How do you remedy this? Simple! Get stronger hands!

''How do I get stronger hands?'' You might ask. One very effective way is to directly TRAIN for grip strength. This can be done very easily and very inexpensively. Even if you are ''busy'' or not into lifting weights. I have no affiliation with the following product or company which sells it by the way. THESE are quality, (and affordable btw), well made, calibrated grippers which come in several resistance increments. For someone who has never seriously (or at all) trained their grip I recommend starting with the ''Sport'' model which offers 80lbs of resistance. That means, it takes a total of 80lbs to completely CLOSE the gripper handles together. Similar to quality strength training at the gym, you want to be doing slow, focused quality reps with these grippers. Working toward closing the handles completely together.

I personally started with the ''No. 1'' model which offers 140lbs of resistance because I had quite a bit of lifting and grip training experience already. EVEN SO, I could barely close this thing ONCE when I first got it.

How to train with these? Simple, start with using it once a day. If you cannot close your gripper at all when you get it, work toward closing it once, then twice and so on. The goal being to add a rep every day. Once you get to where you can do 5-8 reps at a time, you are starting to get somewhere. You should also be able to develop a routine of sorts to further progress. I don't think the average Penis Enlargement guy would need to go much higher than the ''No. 1'' or 1.5. If you so desire later on, go for it. Nothing says MAN like a strong grip ;)

Again, with THESE grippers (unlike the cheese ball type) the idea is not to use these to knock out 50 reps in a row to show off. Chances are you never will anyway. The idea is to use them as an effective grip strengthener which will carry over directly to other benefits in real life not just Penis Enlargement. Stronger hands for example are much less likely to suffer debilitation in later years.
 
Also use the Super Gripper by Ivanko which is very adjustable. Good point you make but the guys who use straps aren't necessary weak as you may think. Depending upon the goals, such as anyone who is a power-lifter CANNOT and WILL NOT use straps because he cant compete while using hooks or straps around the bar, its the rules but why limit the others? yes it means your being assisted to a degree via the hooks or straps which are attached to the wrist but if your going for strength or mass increases and do heavy, really fucking heavy dead-lifts than using hooks is certainly not something to be ashamed off.

Your taking the weak link out of the equation, which is the hands ... they are the weak link on many exercises and give out way WAY before the very strong back muscles, so with all that potential waiting to be unleashed I say use the hooks on the very heavy lifts. In fact using them still strengthens your hands, the ones I use anyway with time. The guy is still hoisting the weight with his body and with really heavy poundage you can literally tear the fingers out of sockets but doing a routine to strengthen the hands is a good idea for sure.

With regards to Penis Enlargement its good to also use the legs, being much more powerful than the hands and with the power assist or length master you get the point.
 
Very true points Red! I use straps at the gym myself and it gives me a much better workout. I don't have to worry about my hands failing.

Ya know what's funny? In over a decade of being in this community I've never once seen this topic directly addressed???

You've also given me a good idea regarding using the legs.
 
Its true and come to mention it, DLD has very strong hands and a good grip. I only know this because he has mentioned it several times. Noticed myself that with stronger hands I can hold the stretch longer and with more force, so yes stronger hands help with manual Penis Enlargement sure. With the power assist/length master or even if you manage to get into position using the legs, can be done using the heel but its not easy .. than you can exert some immense strength!

This is what I do with the Bathmate via the Crossbow stretch, which is essentially the penis stretched to the extreme 6 O'Clock (Sat in the bath, well lay in it) with the shins/heels pushing down on the Bathmate while with the free hands holding back at the base of the Bathmate to avoid suction lost. Lean back, arch the hips up and reverse kegel for an ALMIGHTY stretch. Its the power of those legs and can be made more powerful when I squeeze the legs together and trap the Bathmate between them with this stretch.

Checkout the Bathmate Still ... you wont regret it! In fact you will love it.
 
Yup, hand strength is important when it comes to Penis Enlargement. I think my hands became so strong from working so hard on my Penis Enlargement. In my first 2 years I would do Penis Enlargement all day, everyday, as some know. Eventually my hands became vice grips:) The hand tools you guys are discussing are great.
