C-Guy reminded me of this concept when applied to hanging weights by a post of his in the hangers forum here. This is a concept I have been using lately with my stretching routines. I do only Bundled A stretches . Mostly with my Power Assist. I stretch until I hit fatigue in my penis. This takes more than light or half assed effort. It usually takes me about 15 minutes or so to reach fatigue. Once I get there through my stretching , I will continue stretching until I feel like I can not stretch anymore due to both physical exhaustion and the fact that my penis feels like it just cannot take any more. I feel like this is a key factor in making length gains whether you are manually stretching or hanging weights. From past experience with weights and from the experience of other men I have known who have used or do use weights and who are making gains semi-regularly...they follow the same principle. Stretch to fatigue and then, keep going! I bet the hair on my balls that DLD believes in this same concept.
