I cant find a post with all the stretches named and explained so im asking on here,
I get all the straight out to the left, behind the cheeks etc stuff from the newbie routine and i found a bit of an explanation on bundle stretches but i dont have a clue what slow squash jelqs are and i cant find instructions can someone point me to a list of explanations.
