Stealth Innerware Enhancement? What do you guys think?
it's decent for anti turtling, but I don't think it works well for an ADS, or Uncle Jims. Just my opinion, I have 2 that I don't use.
I have two, but I find that after a couple of hours I slip out of it. I have ordered three different sizes so no idea what it is 
when I did have it though I did have a good feeling of stretching. The recently released a sleeve that goes over the stealth but I haven't warn it yet as I don't have anything to put it on with as you need like a tube.

I got a pair of them after seeing them mentioned here a few months ago. That's how they're shipped, in pairs, and takes at least a couple of weeks of them to arrive. Don't expect to be able to track them in-shipment either. Just finally out of the blue they show up.
Both of mine are identical, but you can also order them so that the two are slightly different sizes. So far I've only opened one of them for using, since they're the same, and saving the other one for when the first one wears out.
It's impossible for them to work as well as an ADS for healing in a stretched tractive state .. there's simply not enough force available in the design. They are good (better than OK) for anti-turtling, and since the one's I got are so close to my actual specs that it stays on/in place as long as I want to wear it, it does as much as any anti-turtling device could hope to do. (Unless someone adds a RoP or a 'Tommy Copper' to it or some etc etc eventually.)
I only do maintenance these days, but had gone back to doing maintenance recently after a couple of years of not doing any Penis Enlargement whatsoever anymore and had noticed a definite decompensation. 'Cementing' has short-term and a long-term considerations ... even if you cement your size (by going slightly beyond your target goal, then decompensate down to your goal) even this 'cemented state' can slip away slightly across enough time. Slightly anyway. Enough to notice and go, "hey, wtf.."
The Stealth's design (if you measure your flaccid state very accurately for ordering the right size) is well thought-out. You put it on somewhat, start your glans into the bottom of the tube, and stretch open the other end of the tube with a couple of fingers to grab yourself from the inside at the glans, then tug down at the bottom to form the resistance that lets you get pulled on into it from the top. After a few uses it takes less time to do it than to describe it. Then you pop your balls into the lower sling, and kindof reverse jelq (just to call it something) the tube material down onto your shaft to get it to even out right everywhere. That's it. Make sure the silicone retention bead at the top is positioned beneath your glans .. and unless you're doing a lot of getting up/sitting down (and if you measured yourself right) it should stay on as long as you want it to. Since it's open at the end, just leave it on for taking a leak, no problem.
The days that I do maintenance work, I'll sleep in it, and usually also wear it around the house for a few hours before going to sleep. It does absolutely cause me to have a longer flaccid hang, so .. great job. Since my genealogy is Scots Highland .. and it's currently Winter in the northern hemisphere .. the duration of the longer hang is variable depending on whether or not it's frikking freezing at the time. Just makes biologic sense... can't blame any of that on the Stealth.
The tube material of the main Stealth product (not the optional silicone tube they sent free with mine) is like a thick sock or maybe thin sweater material. After several wearings, and encounters with some cold weather causing a stronger than normal reflex to turtle, it will begin to show a pattern of ..not-quite 'folds' .. which make the thing a little shorter and a little flimsier than when it was brand new, but this doesn't change it so much as to really change the way it works. After easily two dozen wearings I'm comfortably still on the first one and expect it to go three of four X times (dozens and dozens and dozens) more before even considering opening the second one.
I'd probably never wear it in public .. I'm pretty large and the whole thing would be too 'hey, look at me!' .. but compared to almost any ADS it is stealthy and can easily be worn around the house without much if any notice. So, that's probably it's best feature for me .. and the thing it's named for .. it's stealthiness. I can't really do tractive ADS's these days, but with this I can do length/girth maintenance and at least get my healing/sleep time in a kindof-stretched anti-turtle state for quicker (re-)gaining.

If you measure yourself right for ordering the right size, it's a Brilliant all-day wrap.
Perhaps one tip for getting it sized even better (for better effect post-Penis Enlargementing) ... measure yourself according to the directions of their website very carefully, measure several times (to see if you keep getting the same numbers), and do all of this after a few days off from Penis Enlargement ... so you'll not be temporarily artificially swollen when you're measuring. Then when you Penis Enlargement before getting into it, it'll be a tighter fit and even harder to slip out of.
