Hello there! I have a few questions about the SSJ; today I tried it for the first time, it felt like it was working well, but:

1- do you change your angle of attack? For example, do you only push with your palm on the top of the head in a downward direction, or do you change directions, etc?

2- is this a static technique, or do you keep moving during it?

3- how long does ONE JELQ usually take?

4- how can you target the base of the penis if you are gripping it all the time? does the development of girth happen harmoniously?

Yes, you can definitely change directions with this exercise. Re read DLD's original post (search button) and or watch the demo vid I did. Both will answer your questions. Gripping at the very base develops the base as well.
 
I'm still as confused as hell about these.

I tried them earlier thinking that I understood,...but every new post about it has a new explanation.

I've been using my palm to compress my head in,..a bit like horse squeeze, but now I'm seeing posts that are describing it as what appears to be almost like an erect bend.

So is this what the SSJ is?
An erect bend, but using your palm to bend instead?

I agree that this is a very difficult one to understand via text. It is not a bend at all even though the head being smooched and will sometime seem like it is bending. It is closer to a compression squeeze. If you are a member on the site there is an excellent video for this and 150 other exercises HERE

Ive been doing the Phase 1 for awhile now and I honestly havent seen any gains...., it hangs lower and thicker flaccid but no difference erect...

Im 6.6 NBPenis EnlargementL now and I would love to get to atleast 7 by mid may
I follow my routine everyday and havent missed once

Hey Carl, How long have you been doing Phase 1? It could also be an intensity issue with making gains, how intense are you training? Send me a PM and I can work with you one to one on changing things up. The SSJ is by far the most powerful girth tool I have ever used but I would want to get a better idea of your experience for making any suggestions.
