Hi MOS,

I'm doing my newbie routine throughout my whole working day. I have my internship at an office. So i can go to the toilet as many times as i want. I have managed to do the entire newbie routine when i'm at work lol. When i go to bathroom i last few minutes and i do some sets so this is pretty awesome. I do this 5 days from monday till friday.
2 days off (weekends).

The thing is i used to stretch with heat. I can't bring my infra red heating pad to work! So i'm doing these stretches "cold" without warming up.

I'm experiencing more soreness/fatigue while stretching, this is a good sign right? A had a few days were i would to an extra newbie routine when i came home from work... But unfortunately I don't have time for that because i'm graduating and i'm very busy with school... I try to push out some jelqs (200) in the evening and that's it.

This would be enough to gain right? Stretches can be done without heat right? But is it equal to stretching with heat? I stressed a bit about this that's why i did 2 routines on one day.

One cold routine at work and one warm routine at home.

Also i'm planning to do 7 days on and 0 days off...
I'll do 2 days warm routine (weekends) and 5 days cold at work

I have to ride the fatigue right?

You just need to be careful when not using heat.....it can be done though. Have you thought about something a little different, while at work? I've found at work, the most convenient thing for me, is a small gel pack.....it's small enough to fit in the pocket, and only takes about 25 sec in the microwave, to get hot. I take it with me to the bathroom, every time! That would be my suggestion. And you answer your question.....it can be a good sign, as long as it's not extreme......just listen to your body.

Yeah I was thinking about a gel pack. But do you put it in the microwave every time you go to the bathroom? How long will the heat last? Do you put it in your underwear? Do you warm up while sitting at your desk? Or do you warm up when you are at the bathroom? Because that takes minutes aswell.

I get up, put it in my pocket, throw it in tree microwave, for 25 sec, stick it back in my pocket, just to avoid questions......then when I get to the bathroom, I put it on myself, and usual bounce, and shake, to stimulate, and it will stay hot long enough to warm up. You may not have time to do a warm up like you're used to......but, will work fine. Oh.....and yes, I take it almost every time I go.

Hmmm, I dont have direct access to a microwave, i'm on the second floor. I need something with a continous heating, maybe something with USB lol i have my computer right in front of me or a break-gelpack. I'm going to research this!

I used to get a lot done at my job when I had one :) I got fired because of PE, or my lack of time for work in leu of PE :) A warm up can be some message and gentle stretching. You could also use a rice sock or the like if there is a microwave. You could also just use a wash towel, heat it up and warm up with that. Soreness at the base is a good sign of making progress but the ruler will give best reading. If you are getting so much in at work I would try to also get some in after work to add to the speed of gaining.
