I may of mentioned in a previous post that my penis head when I have an erection doesn't fill up completely and get hard like it should. Now I have no idea when this slight problem started to happen but what I do know is something at some point happen to my penis, I remember the head would get very hard without any stimulation. Luckily I have no erections problems, and the rest of my shaft gets all evenly rock hard but the glands don't fill up fully.

I have done my research and discovered quite a few men have experienced the same the problem. Now It seems If I go to the doctor I will maybe have an ultrasound? done or something like that, do you think surgery may need to be done? I am all for surgery IF there a very low risks and complications involved.

I think perhaps In one way I should just forget about the doctors because my penis when erected is totally fine, apart from the erect glands, I admit this small issue has bothered me for a while now.

I did do P.E. just a few times this may be what caused the lack of a hard penis head however I can't be that sure completely. I am very glad thought this is the only problem I have and not issue like finding it difficult to get a full erection or getting really weak erections in general (see the guys with problems in the Boo Boo injury section of the forums)

Do you think it is worth going to my local doctor about this?

Thanks.

I Think Your Problem Might Be Too Much Stretching And Hanging.

I have never done any hanging (seems to me in my opinion to have a possible potential to fuck up the penis, I am thinking of the nerve bundle just below the glands). I haven't been doing P.E. for years, I only done it a a few times.

I have had this problem as long as I can remember too. I will be very interested to see what your doc says and hopefully he has a clue about penises.

I noticed a similar problem after jelqing erect (1000+) for a few months. My theory is: the cavernosum stays a bit soft during erection, at least not as erect as other structures. During erect jelqing the cavernosum takes the brute of the pressure. I believe the cavernosum is a pressurized chamber, if over inflated, expanded past it's normalcy, the glans will not have as much pressure for expansion.

I laid off for about 2-3 months and everything returned to normal.

Do you mean you never had your glands fully erect ever or that you did at one time then some how you didn't get fully erect glands again?

I will hopefully make an appointment with my local doctor and find out more about this, I doubt it is that serious really because everything down there is fine except I think my glands get at 80% to maybe 90% at the most when I have an erection. My penis head it doesn't feel very hard either like my whole shaft does, it's rockhard (normal).
