I see a lot of posts about using the size genetics and the phallosan top. I'm curious why there isn't as much on using the vacextender with it? I took a pic of wearing my setup. Hopefully this damn tablet will allow me to post it. Just wanted guys to see the difference. It's pretty comfortable overall and there isn't any issues with blood flow constriction.

Good picture and a good alternative. How long have you been wearing this and have you seen decent gains?

I have been wearing it for about 6 months. In this time period I was being super consistent with wearing it everyday as soon as I could get it on after work. I'm getting about 3 hrs a night during the week and 5 to 6 on the weekends (due to kids, responsibilites, etc). I did have to take about a 3 week break 2 different times due to blisters in this timeframe, but I think I figured that part out. I've been using the 3M Microfoam tape and then on top of that adding a little toilet paper so that my glans is fully covered. I think the glans was rubbing the bell which was causing the blisters. Ever since I started using the tp I've had no problems. I've gained a little over a half inch so I'm super stoked about that. This, the bathmate, and my cheapy air pump are the only things I've been using and being consistent I'm starting to see a difference :) I've been trying to add some stretching after taking off the size genetics before bed, but it depends on how tired I am at that point.

This has been the only way that I have been able to use the size genetics with comfort and the only time I feel any discomfort is when I have to piss real bad, so I take it off, piss, then strap back in.

Yeah, this is a big reason the modification for the PhalloGenetics came forward. Keep stretching my Brother and I wish you big time gains!

I use the same set up. I couldn't seem to get the tape figured out. I read somewhere on here about a solution to the blisters. Rite Aid sells something called a toe sleeve. Its a silicon tube that you roll up and put it on your little man. It's a snug fit and works great. use this setup for hours on end. No issues..
hope this helps.

I recently put together a vacuum extender attachment and have been really happy with the results. Very comfortable and am able to wear it much longer. I especially like how fast and easy it is to put on and take off. My vac attachment is a bit different and has a one way valve at the top. Also testing a theory of increasing headsize by using slightly bigger vacuum head.

A little over half an inch is actually really great for how much time you've put into it. Awesome dude!

yes, they are small in diameter but are really elastic. another product that I found is called "Scar Away". these are used for burn victims and have a breathable top and a silicone or gel bottom that will stick to your skin with out irritation and comes off easily to pee. another great thing is they can be cut to size but I recommend using the whole piece and cover from top to bottom. I use this now for a vac extender and can wear it for about two to three hours without circulation issues or Blisters.
Walmart sells them. $18 for a box of eight
