Ok guys I'm new to bm and pumping alltogether. So i dont know if maybe I overdid it I was trying to be careful on pressure and only did 3x5 one time a day. I did this 3 days in a row and never had any negative pi till after the third night then I noticed I was having a hard time getting erections. Also when I go get a erection is not great eq and this part is what seems strange but it's like my head is not getting any harder then when flaccid. My shaft does but my head does not or if it does it's not much.

So did I just overdo it and my dick is fatigued and needs to rest? This is my second day off of no pe but I'm a bit concerned so any help here id appreciate.
 
sounds like fatigue to me...how's your EQ going into the BM during your sessions? are you doing any LM work or pre-stretching prior to going-in? I've found that it helps to have the highest EQ while in the cylinder and I also kegel and RK while pumped. I wouldn't stress if there's no pain

I was just Doing normal warm up routine with stretches before entering. This was my first week I was only going in about 50% at best. I'm sure it's just over fatigued but knew it was best to ask the regular pumpers. I was doing like 3-5 pumps i dont know if that's way to much or what. Also what is a beginner pumping routine as in times per week? I know the 3x5 routine for how to do it but once I'm back to normal should I pump only 2 time she per week 3 even I guess I need to go really slow to condition better. I don't have any bruising or anything and I can still get hard but it takes me watching ���� or having sex which I hadn't watched ���� in months until this episode.
 
I'm not sure if you have modded your BM yet, (or you may have an Extreme model), but I pumped until I started feeling discomfort and then backed-off a tad...held it at that point for several minutes and tried to up the pressure again. The main thing is to try and limit as much fluid retention as possible, (hence the 5X5X3 w/jelq's to push as much fluid out as possible) while still getting as full expansion as you can stand. When I first started, I could get up to 6 3/4 on the X40 sticker/gauge, now I can pump-up to 8 1/2 consistently and push 8 3/4 if I really dig-in. This has been an incremental growth pattern for about 27 months and I'm always striving for as much intensity as I can physically handle...just listen to you body and don't try to ignore any pain (there will definitely be discomfort, but I see that as a sign of growth)
 
Sounds like "growth spurt" in a way; remember to do your kegels to make it possible for your penis to really fill up! A bigger penis needs stronger muscles.

Some pump daily, but I'd say that three times a week is the minimum one should do. At least in my case less than that amount makes me more prone for Fluid Retention, spots and overall not so great sessions.
My pump sessions usually have at least 24 hours between them.

So, don't worry, remember to do Kegels, also reverse ones! Stay strong!

Absolutely dude.......pretty common side effect......it won't take long, and you'll start getting that eq back. Just keep on with the 5x5x3, and as mentioned already.....Kegels, and Reverse Kegels......lots of them!! I do them almost constantly for the 5 min I'm in there, all 3 sets......I'll do quick but strong ones, forward, reverse, forward, reverse.....and then every now and then, I'll lock a super hard Kegel, and hold as long as I can, and then switch, and lock down the reverse, and hold it about the same.....then back to the quick ones.......makes a big difference! You can really feel the tube getting tight, and serious expansion, while you're doing them......You can see the end of your dick pulling back in the tube as you do them.....but when you pause for a break, it'll go back, usually even farther, with all the extra blood! You got this!! You control that eq.......don't let that bathmate control your eq!!!! Lol

I actually think your right about growth as even with poor eq I'm measuring slightly larger then my bpel. Also it was most definately fatigue as today I woke up so hard I thought my sick was going to rip right off my body haha. Thanks for the replys guys think I'll take one more day off then just start 3 times per week until I'm very well conditioned.

Also I know I need to keegle more I do a lot of regulars but when I do
Rk it makes me feel like I'm about to piss every time lol. I did some last Night though.

probably take a day or two off then get back at it, also i always did edging or normal jelqs instead of the ssj

Yea acro I think I'll start back up tomorrow and I also believe I'll be doing regular jelqs from now on i dont know why but my sick does not seem to respond well to sjj just yet. I'm feeling a lot more normal and at ease today about the situation. I will admit I'm a bit of a pansy when it comes to problems arising with my dick hah I get scared easily if something isn't working right.

Smitty, Are you sure you are doing the SSJ correctly? Most get much better expansion with the SSJ than the Jelq.

I believe I am but I'm not going to lie and say I couldn't have error in my tech. I get amazing expansion but my dick does not seem to respond well like it feels overworked or something when doing it alongside a bm routine so not sure. I'm log onto the mos members site and watch the ssj vid tonight to make sure.

Ok Mike in not afraid to admit when im wrong and let me say I just watched like every video on the mos members site and I was doing ssj completely wrong haha. For anyone who isnt a member just know that the videos on there clear up so much.

Glad you figured it out with what was wrong with your routine. I once had a similar problem with the SSJ but it has since been sorted out. If you don't mind, can you tell us what type of gains you've made all this while?
