Right, i have recently purchased a pump and i am planning my routine i would like to know if this is a good one?

I thought exercise 4-5 days a week
2-3 of them using the pump
2 of them using manual exercises

Pump days

3 mins warm up
200 jelqs
10 minutes at 2.5 hg
200 jelqs
Warm down

PC exercises (could you please recommend how long/many these should be)

My assumption there is that the penis is stretched in the pump, so manual stretching isn't entirely nessisary that day?

Manual

Warm up
4x 5 directional stretches (30 secs in each direcion)
300 jelqs
Warm down

Pc Exercises

I am looking for length mainly, so do you think it would be a good idea to add in more stretches? What would you advise?
 
Well it is kinda built around the pumping work out, which is posted in the pumping forum, just with manual exercises about too.

On the newbie work out do you do 3 of the following stretches or 3 x all the following because thats alot of stretching cause thats about 30 mins of pure stretching and then like the jelqs its like 20+ minutes, which is more than alot of workouts i have seen.

Yes that is 3 x all stretches. 22mins 15 seconds I think.
 
i dont know much have you gained since you started Penis Enlargement but this is a good routine.you could gain 0.3" of girth for sure in 6-8 months and the same in length,but you will gain.dont ejaculate after these girth sessions...its is very important for the bloodflow to stay high..if you want more length stretch every day for 20 minutes at least.in this way you could gain 0.6" in 8 months and it depends on how much you have already gained.
 
Currently i do about 10 mins i guess i will probably increase that slowly im thinking (mainly so as not to overdo it and get bored of it all). I did make a pretty nice gain last time i was exercising though on a similar manual work out, though i'm sure not entirely all of it came from that month. I am just ever so slightly concerned about not overdoing the exercises with the pump aswell. Would you do a small amount of stretches on the pump day aswell or would you leave that out? 30 mins of pure Penis Enlargement seems to me about the right amount per day and as i said im wary with the pump. Also would you suggest having the same amount of jelqs on the manual day or dropping down and then adding in the stretches?
