Hey all! First i want to say this site is awesome and has SO much valuable information on nearly every topic its crazy.

Just looking for some help on my routine, im starting with dld's newbie routine he posted for stretching; see below.. but i do have a few questions

1.) When should i incorporate my Bathmate into this routine?

2.) How do i stop the pain at the base while using the Bathmate, and how high should i pump too above or below erection length? - Looking mainly for length gains

3.) What does DLD mean by 'rotary stretches' or 'cranks'? - What i do is just move my unit from left to right while stretching outwards and kind of move it in like a swinging penglium motion kinda thing?

4.) What do you think about this routine? - Should i add anything, was thinking about adding some JAI strechtes after i eat dinner since i will do my routine in the morning, or possibly add in some fowlers maybe? i dont want to overtrain though as ive done it before

Routine:

Warm up - 10mins washcloth

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

JELQ - 10MINS

KEGEL - 300 TIMES EVERY OTHER DAY, DIFFERENT SECOND HOLDS ON EVERY ONE

Bathmate SOMEWHERE IN THIS?

1. Don't worry about the Bathmate just yet because your new.

2.Pain maybe you should centre ypur penis more,are you stretching using the Bathmate casue i have tried it and it hurt.

3.Like the hands on a clock stretch in that motion around and around and around.

4.Good you understand not to over train,but you must be careful not to get lazy,the stretches are really good for length,jelqing i would count them 100 at first then add 20-30 every week also watch for small blisters on your penis that can indicate to many jelqs or bad erection quality.

I would also suggest doing the testicle massage after jelqs so you can try and avoid the Turkey Neck.
How many days do you workout? 5 on 2 off is best.
If you keep this up you could very well gain 1.5-2 inches in length.

SIR- MOS--DLD--- IS THE BEHIND THE CHEEKS STRETCH - THE SAME AS TEH FULCRUM?
I CAN FIND A VIDEO OF BEHIND THE CHEEKS--- Only the one of the Chair? is it the same ??:(

No, Behind the Cheeks is where you grab your penis from behind you, through your legs and your stretch up your backside. Once you have gripped it from behind you can stretch up, to the left and to the right with insane intensity.

OK I thin I am pretty much in Complete Understanding with Phase 1-

except for these stretches---STRAIGHT OUT Left- STRAIGHT OUT Center- STRAIGHT OUT Right,--ROTARIES
Except for these also--------STRAIGHT UP LEFT--STRAIGHT UP CENTER-- STRAIGHT UP RIGHT- Rotaries-

DO you have a VIDEO of these last 2 STRETCHING EXERCISES for Phase 1?
AND in Phase 1 DO 3 SETS OF THESE 4 TYPenis EnlargementS OF STRETCHING , Is that correct?

I know this may be Elementary to you , and old info , But I wanna make sure I
am doing this 100% correct-
