I’m not saying I’m the only guy not gaining coz I’m certain there are a fair few others having difficulties, I just feel like I have hindrances that others may or may not have which are affecting my workout capabilities, I.e excess foreskin, high&tight frenulum small glans&big hands. I do believe the practice that is p.e. Works, I really do, but I’m just conflicted as to whether or not I am capable of making it work? So far it hasn’t as I would’ve hoped, but I will keep trying.
