I’m not saying I’m the only guy not gaining coz I’m certain there are a fair few others having difficulties, I just feel like I have hindrances that others may or may not have which are affecting my workout capabilities, I.e excess foreskin, high&tight frenulum small glans&big hands. I do believe the practice that is p.e. Works, I really do, but I’m just conflicted as to whether or not I am capable of making it work? So far it hasn’t as I would’ve hoped, but I will keep trying. Big Schwanz Acht thank you for your belief in me, that’s why I write these deep essay-esque posts because I’m trying to figure out every detail from every angle I can hoping that you guys can fill in the Blanks I come across

We will find what is going on and fix it. If you are not gaining there is a definite reason and that is what we need to focus on. It may be one of many things that could be hindering gains from form to intensity and everything in between. Some men need much more intensity than others, some men have poor form in the exercises, some have fear of injury so they back off too much, there are so many reasons but if we can narrow your issue down we can put together a routine that will work. Never give up, always keep going! Do not quit before the miracle!
 
i'm sure there is a reason but it just bothers me that i put in may hours and much dedication to p.e and haven't gained like everyone else. It makes it p.e difficult psychologically which was never a problem for the 1st 3 months.

fear of injury is a slight problem because stretching intensely has lead to my glans bleeding but that could have been bad form also i keep stretching even when i can feel my frenulum pinching in my grip, intensity could be a possibility so i now try to minimise pausing between my stretches, although i find training with a higher level of erection hard because i become less aroused as i due to the repetition of the jelqing etc.

i just don't understand what is going wrong because it's not even like my penis is bigger when flaccid and gains are on the way, as my temporary gains just dissolve away very quickly and do not stay either.

Perhaps you are subconsciously holding back from the fear of your previous injury. I can tell you that many of us have had that same issue with blood from the glans and it usually only happens once. It is not bad form, it is simply a rip to tear in the urethra from being stretched. I would start again with a very simple routine. Maybe one that focuses exclusively on either length or girth so you can fully concentrate on the work at hand. Use the Newbie Routine as your starting point. Start with gentle and safe intensity and progressively build up to you maximum intensity. If done progressively there will be no injury. You want to find where you can apply the most intensity without injury.
 
i have considered going back to the newbie routine actually, although i have started using the power assist that came with the lengthmaster and it does feel more intense doing the angled stretches etc. so i may try this a while longer and see if there are results. i'm trying to kegel more also.

in regards to bm work if i have high e/q n arousal then ii will try the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) srt with ssjs if not i will pump flaccid after strteching n some jelq work for 10minsx2 which seems to help my flaccid size n girth.

above all else i have begun the process for a arranging a circumcision, it will be done in the new year so hopefully 2018 will lead to the gains i have been looking for when i started this crusade.

It sounds like you have the determination strip and that will work in your favor. As for the BM, even if the eq is low, don't skip the session. I have had this a few times and I will substitute SSJ for wet jelqs and I still get good expansion. I have started doing wet jelqs prior to my BM session and this seems to get the blood circulating and helps with extension and expansion during my session. I know you were considering the circumcision and I see you are moving forward with that part. Keep your head up and don't give up, you will get there

Using the LengthMaster and BathMate within the Newbie Routine is perfect. Simply use your LengthMaster/PowerAssist to do all stretching and use the BathMate and the 5x5x3 for your girth. Follow the remainder of the program which includes Kegel work, a bit of massage and some other minor additions.
 
that's kind of what I've thought about doing. i like my training to be done in one sweep, stretch then girth essentially. i try to do my power assist stretches bundled to as i find the grip a bit stronger.

With the exception of my PF, I do my length and girth session consecutively in the evening. It works well for me
 
Create micro tears and then expand those cracks with blood is how I like to think of it. What’s the difference between a standard Bathmate and the x range (x30 etc) btw?
 
The extreme model is a kit that includes a carry case, comfort pad, hand pump, hand pump attachment tube, cleaning kit and a collapsible ruler. The tube can be attached to the hand pump and then the BM or you can just put the hand pump directly on the BM

You would use them the same way. Since you have the extreme model you can use the hand pump to increase the pressure. Just be careful if you are just starting out with it, work your way up before you go with full pressure, that thing is powerful when you use the pump. You take the pump and close the pip at the top and fill with water, place over cock, press against the pelvic area to start a seal. Open the pip on top of the valve and use the hand pump to take the pressure up.
 
This pump is not the one with the hand pump device, it’s the one below that.

i've tried the vacu vin thing and it wouldn't fit properly so i sent it back. the x30 feels a lot different to the hercules and is harder to pump? i'm not sure why

The gaiter may need some time to 'break-in'...sorry to hear you couldn't get the VV to work...there are several tutorials here on MOS. I'd highly suggest giving it another try, there's no better mod out there, imo

BSA is right, those new gaiters are pretty stiff, mine was when I first got it. It took a few pumping sessions to get it where it was easier to pump.
