Well I can feel a stretch but it feels like I'm just elongating my penis instead of really extending it, like after I've finished my penis doesn't feel like it's been stretched hard as it just relaxes in to a normal kinda form. Some of questions I have are;
-how do make better temporary gains?
-how do I stay harder for longer? (To pump)
-am i not resting enough? (Train 6/7 days)

I appreciate all advice, just really want this to work

Temporary gains come very quickly and are seen in 2 places, your flaccid-stretched bone-pressed measurement and your post girth expansion. These are the 2 places temp. gains appear. Harder longer? Viagra. I trained 7 days on no days off and many hours a day in training. This is highly personal and everyone has their own resting periods if necessary but some need no rest, that is me.
 
i really do need to make a point of taking notice of these measurements. i think i've read in a post before the usage of viagra, where would one require some tho??? i'm considering trying some sort of rotation routine where i take a day off every other day or so. i've been trying this lately purely due to circumstance so fingers crossed.

Keeping track is so important. I know guys who have come, never measured, gained size but when it came time to say how much they either had no clue or stated they did not grow. The very first thing every Brother should do is start a progress thread and list all measurements, routine, goals, and keep it alive daily by posting. This will let a Brother know exactly how much he grew without any doubts.
 
Hey all thought I’d post an update. I’ve changed up my training for the last 3 monthsor so. I start with the 100 did blasters, do some upward and b.t.c stretching and tunica stretching before moving on to the a-blasters (5 seconds by 5 seconds). After it’s 20-25 minutes of mixed jelqing (upwards&outward), jelqing bends and ssj as well. I’ve started using my consistently, basically 5 minutes of max pressure. I’m thinking of buying an extender as well. Any advice?

Hey Strip, Can you write this out in a way I can understand as far as exercises, time and reps and how often you do this workout? Ut is hard to advise without these components. Thanks my Brother!
 
Hi DLD, ofc!

-Warm up 10 minutes hot towel,
-100 blasters (upward stretch & kegel), tunica a-stretch x2-3 (30 To 60 secs), some b-t-c and upward stretching, outward rotary stretch (50 clockwise & anti). 15-20 minutes.
-DLD’s 50 a-stretch blaster (5 sec kegel and 5 sec reverse) I’m still not great at the reverse part but I’m getting there. Another 20ish minutes.
-jelqing: 10 minutes of jelq bends done at an upward angle, I find this easier due to grip and foreskin.
-10-20 minutes of mixed jelqing (outward, downward, upward) with some s.s.j to

PUMPING: I’ve always found pumping difficult due to e.q and my testicles and foreskin getting in the way but I’ve started to pump at max pressure for 5 minutes x3 with as good an erection as possible, I avoid jelqing in between sets as my foreskin gets in the way but this seems to work as my fluid retention is not to bad and I find my penis is really being dragged up the chamber as I am 5.6 bpel when I go in and reach around 6.5 when I’ve pumped to max pressure, surely overtime this will translate to a permanent size? I’ve avoided Hardcore stretches as my tescticles and foreskin get in the way but I’ve found if I just perform 1 continuous stretch for as long as possible for the duration of my 5 minute set my penis fells very stretched afterward ( perhaps I’ve discovered a revolutionary new training style!?! 😂)

Hey strip, if you are considering an extender, I can recommend the Phallosan. I have the SG and recently acquired the Phallosan and it is amazing. You can wear it all day and even at night. It works well if you are sitting for long periods or moving around.

Good advice.

Strip, Your routine looks great. I would add a couple of simple things. Expressive Stretching and Erect Stretching. Expressive Stretches will bring gains from within your body and this is the only way to do it. There are a few Expressive exercises to choose from. With a LengthMaster (which I think is best) low attachment stretches ao hole stretching, both are great exercises. You know about HardCore BathMate stretches already. You can also do them by hand gripping low and stretching from there.
 
I’ve heard of expressive stretching before but wasn’t really sure wha tit involved so thanks for the description! As for erect stretching how would I go about that?

Erect Stretching is simple. Get 100% erect and grab the penis just below the head and stretch straight out. Thats it! Simple but extremely effective in converting gains.
 
I thought as much, problem I have tho is my foreskin as there’s quite a bit of it and it stops stretching just above the bottom of the glans where I grip. Perhaps this is why I haven’t gained that much???

You need to complete retract your foreskin and grip below the head otherwise you are only stretching skin. I understand this is a sensitive thing to do but soon you will become used to it and sensitivity will be bearable.
 
ITs not the sensitivity that’s the issue tbh it’s just a bit tight and doesn’t retract fully over the glans when I’m 100% erect. I imagine routinely stretching would help?

Yes, stretching the foreskin to make room is the way to go. Skin stretches very easily so this should be a very quick process. I am happy that it is not a sensitivity issue as that takes much more time.
 
Do you think this is what is hindering my length gains? Not being able to get my foreskin completely over my glans

Most definitely. If the penis is stretched without retraction of the foreskin you will be stretching mostly skin. When you retract and grip under the head you will be stretching mostly penis.
 
Might have phrased that slightly wrong, I can retract fully when flaccid and semi erect but I cannot with full erection so erect stretching and jelqing is a bit trickier.

So stretch the skin while erect. The skin will need to be stretched to the point of allowing the entire head to be free. Any stretching done with skin as an anchor will result in skin enlargement, not penis enlargement.
