Simply amazing! I owned sg and l cant clock in too many hours mainly due to circulation issues. Phallosan completely eliminate that part of the equation with the comfort suction design. This is the only extender l trust enough to sleeping with. As far as tension and comparing stretch intensity. I would say SG completely knock phallosan socks off, but phallosan comfort level is second to none.
Sg l cant use it more than 4 hour max... And you definitely can't sleep extending. With phallosan and a little modification using the ab silicone sleeves. I was able to go jogging and sleep with it the entire night. Thats a lot of extra pe time extending compare to any other extender on the market. I might go nuts and see if l can take my taekwondo class with it today

It is an incredible stand alone, especially for all night use, but it also works great with the SizeGenetics with the new mod called PhalloGenetics.

I confirm Phallosan is amazing. Still struggling a few minutes sometimes to put it properly, but it is really worth buying. I have some privacy these days and can keep it for hours during day, and a part of the night. Comfort after one hour is without comparison if you think of SG or even Penimaster, that uses vacuum too.

Do it Supra,... I'm amazed at the comfort level of this product. After years of intermittent SG use, constant removal re-wrapping, blood flow etc etc PF is a dream to use. The tension and there and its constant. This will get me the gains I want because of the time under tension rule. I'm still going to use the SG and hanging for workouts but everything in between (including sleep when I feel confident) will be PF.

I'm getting close to 16 hours in a 24 hour period. 9 at work then 6-8 at night. While home I leave it off so I can do some __________ stretches every once I a while. I've had it going on 2 weeks and I've already stretched out the large sleeve and I'm on the second one. Sucks but they do wear out, it's never the same time frame as everyone else, we're all different lol. I'm careful with mine as well. I have two anti turtle sleeves waiting anyways. The medium ones are to small for me. Definitely glad I bought it though.
