I did 5x5x3 (air pump, squash jelq, air pump, squash jelq, air pump squash jelq.) I can tell you, that it was awesome. One Major benefit seems to be that I was able to use more vacuum 10hg, instead of 5hg. I could of done it using bathmate, but I wanted to be able to control vacuum and see how much I can use vacuum. Squash jelqs are a Game changer. Penis is much more fuller, without water build up. I used extender after for 2 hours (phallosan plus with penis cap).
Do you think that 2 hours extender use is enough for length gains? I am using it with quite hard tension (got to 20cm stretch). What do you recommend for use time per training day?
