What's up guys, I've been lurking for a whole and have actually posted on another site a few times and received zero replies. So I decided to try this site. I'm a mid 20's college student pretty athletic with what I would assume would be a pretty average penis (6x5 full erection). I am trying to attain a 7x6 which I figured seemed reasonable enough. I have a bathmate and have been doing the following routine for 5 out of 7 days for the past 3 weeks and am looking for suggestions or additions to the routine as I am looking at potentially adding wrapping or size genetics to my routine. I currently start with about 5 minutes of stretching, 15 seconds a set. I follow that with 150 2 second jelqs (this goes up by week +50). A bathmate session follows this of around 8 minutes, a quick 2-3 minute stretch, then another 8 minutes (the times will max at 10 mins). I finish my routine with another 150 jelqs and a stretch cool down. I was thinking of trying out the bathmate stretches as my routine is getting kind of stale. Any help or suggestions would be more than welcomed. I'm very new to this but I like the progress so far. I definitely feel healthier and more full down there and as far as measuring I don't think I'm going to measure until around the 3 month mark.

One thing I do struggle with is flaccid and erect entrance to the bathmate. I feel like I hit the same mark whichever one I do. I definitely have less experience entering erect so any tips there (I realize it's self explanatory but) would be helpful. Welcome Buddy, I think the routine you are using now sounds good and with the goals you have it will definitely get you on your way. One suggestion I have is to work in your jelqing with the BathMate usage. I suggest trying the 5x5x3 routine found in the SRT Thread. This is where you pump in your BathMate for 5 minutes and then jelq for 5 minutes and repeat 3x. This will bring some great expansion and should help you gain in girth quicker. I thin you should definitely try the BathMate Hardcore Stretches, they can really help with length in a way not possible with any other method. I also saw you mentioned wrapping, this is a very cheap way to hold elongation longer after you train length and the best way to heal after doing length is by using the Uncle Jim's Wrapping Method, again found in SRT. The gains you desire are very attainable and should take no longer than 6 months to happen.

I tried the bathmate stretches and couldn't seem to keep the bubbles out so I think that's going to be a work in progress. How hard are you supposed to pull? Enough to feel but enough to hold suction? Any tips on those stretches would be appreciated.

I did, however enter the bathmate erect and holy expansion. Couldn't even get my hands around my junk. The problem is water retention which I haven't gotten in forever. This due to the erection on entry I am assuming?

Will try wrapping the next time I can, but as of right now I'm showing some dots so I might take tomorrow off.

You will want good vacuum and once you get solid vacuum you will want to pull on the base of the BathMate to perform the stretch. If you are getting great expansion going into the BathMate erect and causing great expansion at that point you should be tight enough in the BathMate to do the Hardcore Stretches.
