Hi guys, i need some help with ads and extender systems.
Im pretty much confused. The far as i know, systems like the auto ads, pe weights and the old extender straps are considered as ads sytems.
Extenders, like the penimaster or vac extender are considered as stretching devices.

Here is my problem, actually i do not know where the difference is anymore. In the past nobody was using an extender as an ads system because it was very uncomfortable and you had to put the extender off every 20 min to get back circulation. Today, when i read to this forum, more and more i read about people using the extenders as ads.

Can somebody help me out and tell me something about the different products. I need an ads (a system i can wear for example an hour or two without putting this thing off) to combine it with my routine.
Can somebody also explain me the difference between ADS and Extender, it seems that im not up to date anymore or may be the products became better during the time.

basically an ads is ANYTHING that can keep you in an extended state after your workout. i personally use the max vac, you can use an extender, pe weights. anything, as long as it keeps you stretched out. so really, all those you listed there could be classed as an ads.

Ok, but tell me how you can use the auto extender for an ads system. The way i see it, its the same like the penimaster.
3 years ago, the penismaster was not made for ads, because you were only able to stay 20 min in the penimaster.
Did the products/auto extenders improve?

What is the difference between an extender (autoextender/penismaster) and an ads?
What is the better product?

Dex, Have you looked at the autoextender link I provided?

The difference is one can be worn comfortably for longer periods of time, and is meant for this purpose. While the extender is meant as stretching device, which some people attempt to hide under clothes and use as an ADS. ADS stands for All Day Stretching and the vac-extender from autoextender can be used as both an extender device and an ADS. Monkeybar states very clearly that you will use the vac-extender in areas other than as an extender primarily. I use it as an ADS, but it can be used for hanging and manual stretching very easily.

For how long you can wear the vac extender?
Is it complicated to tighten the extender? How many minutes does the tightening process lasts?

The extender portion of the Vac-extender is easy to use. To reach maximum stretch you have to screw the nuts up the length of the device. That's not overly time consuming. The ADS, in my estimation, should be taken off once every 2-3 hours. This will help with fluid accumulation in the head from the vacuum. There are protective silicone sleeves for the head, but I don't use them as I'm not overly sensitive to vacuum pressure on my glans.

DEX, This is a really useful device. It has multiple uses and I am of the opinion that everyone should get one. It is such a useful device to have that it is invaluable. I really don't think I would have gotten back into manual work had I not been able to rely on an ADS that was easy to use and I could wear for significant time intervals.

Is it easy to take the vac extender off (using as an ads) for example in a public restroom at your job? Do i need a tool to put it off and on?

What abput the auto ads, i remember that you were also trying to wear this system.

What about your gains? Did you get any new gains since the last month or better, did you finally measure?

It's very easy to take on and off, regardless of where you are. It doesn't require any special tools or anything like that to put on or take off. I used that auto-ads for a time, but I couldn't really get it to stay on while I was at work. I have a very active job, but I can say that the vac-extender stays in place without worry. I'm not really sure what to say about gains, but I know that in conjunction with a good length routine this well support those efforts and you will gain overall.

Sounds good.

How long can you wear the extender when using it as an ads?
Is there any wrapping involved?
Do you get hard when using "ads" vac extender in an upward position?
What about tension? Can you add tension from time to time? What is the highest tension when using it as ads?

There's no wrapping involved. I'm not sure about getting wood in an upward setup. I usually wear it for 2-3 hours before taking a break.
