this one is for the people having tested the rest theory.
If you have gained during resting a week or a month, did you also gain in girth? is it even possible?

I rest frequently and I always gain in length but never in girth.
I'm doin a girth-only routine these days and I was wondering if working out 5 days a week is too much or even prevents gains.

Hydromaxm... this has got to be about the 5th time im starting up Penis Enlargement again

I'm so inconsistent!

so you can say i rest a lot... lol

I think I might have gained a little in length but my girth hasn't really changed much... it's kinda hard to measure .25 inch changes cuz thats about the margin of variance when measuring for me

I'm sure this didn't contribute to the answer you were looking for... but just letting you know I'm kinda in your position

In resting for a couple of days Ive gained in girth as well as length. I seem to notice the girth more though. I dont recall if I gained during my times off though.

I never seem to gain when taking time off. Only when I'm consistently working.

Ive definatly gained length while taking time off (I went overseas for a month or so and gained a good .5) and I might have gained in girth slightly. But most of my girth gains have been from bodybuilding type frequency over a period of a couple months. ( about 1-2 times a week)

thanx for the answers guys, looks like everybody's different in this (big surprise)

Same here. I always wondered if I should rest and if so for how long? It's probably a fine line between too much work/not enough rest and not enough work and too much rest...

I realized that doin a girth workout three days in a row is too much for me, it hurts a lil and it doesn't get as hard. I've tried one on one off and I didn't gain, so I'll try out 2 on 1 off for a while. If I still won't gain, I'll try out some more rest days.
