Girth rest time question

I cannot find the thread I read it, so I'm asking what is the desired rest days between for Girth work? I believe it was a longer rest period than I had thought or had been doing. I thought it was several days in between which is so much different from length work.

Start 5 on 2 off. If that is not enough gonto 7 days.

Are you saying do 5 in a row then 2 off or just any 2 days of the week off?
