Hi guys any advice on how to avoid fluid retention or how to treat it if it occours while pumping? I pumped this bad boy to the Max and did some SSJ's my last session and had a crazy pump I was like 6 1/4" girth but like an hour later I looked at it and whew.. Had a donut from hades right under my glans I mean like BAM big it stuck off my penis like a quarter inch I got scared actually.. Any advice guys? Or anyone had the same problem?
 
Don't pump too hard man, I am not an expert, but fluid build up, won't get you anywhere, you want to expand tunica, not to bring fluid and water

It will get you to maximum tunica expansion, and minimal fluid build up

This is exactly what I was doing bro lol I still had some crazy build up it was like unbelievable Im not sure what it came from though :/

Maybe you had insane intensity and pressure in the pump, I am not an expert but I am trying to help, I can say you bro, work it out again next day and see, if it repeats, switch to something else :) good luck brother!
 
I have been pumping for over five yeasts. However, I use a vacuum gauge. As long as I keep the vacuum level below 5 hg and do not exceed 20 minutes, I avoid fluid build-up. at 5 hg you can not feel any stress on the glans. I guess with a Bathmate you need to pump up until you feel stress and then back off a bit.

Appreciate it guys I think it was too much pump pressure within the 5 minutes I'm not sure though so medium pump on BM with balls out pressure on the SSJ? Because I can only do like a minute and 5 sec on the SSJ because my hand cramps up bad is that normal?

Oh man, that is more than enough time for SSJ, I am focusing on 30 seconds than release, because my hand gets cramped.

Okay sweet but how do people do it for like 5 minutes straight bro? Or do they mean they do it a few times to add up to 5 minutes?
 
I read this post and what i understood is that you are supossed to choose the right pump according to your penis size,i think i chose wrong i chose the bathmate x 40 even and the bathmate x40 can fit an 8 incher and a girth of 7 or something...

No no, try and make sure to do as much as possible reps in those 5 minutes, for example, you do 5 reps of 1 minute or 10 reps of 30 seconds, don't bother yourself or torturing hands to do 5 minutes 1 rep, 1 minute is totally ok. I hope this helped you, good luck mate!

Damicokid, The routine suggested above will not only reduce the water retention but it will also bring far greater expansion.

Bro I was doing the SSJ right after I pumped..I think it was like the 3rd set...and looked down and noticed a blood blister (in addition to all the other lil red dots).. It wasn't like a regular looking kind like you could just bust it, but it was there... maybe 1/8 of an inch in diameter, very small and would get bigger as pressure was added..I wrapped it with warm water and a rag and massaged it.. I know it'll go away but I don't want to take any days off what should I do bro? Might be gone by next girth session I was going pretty hard btw..lots of pressure on ssj and Bathmate :)
 
dont work through something that you know can turn worse in the future.....you will have to take a break so the blister goes away and keep the pressure low when you begin again
 
another thing to add, pump to a high intensity. in my experience this creates less fluid retention, as the high intensity causes more blood to fill and gives you a rock hard erection, which leaves less room for fluid buildup as opposed to going to a lower intensity and being 'soft'. also, make sure the ssj's between sets are done properly and with an erection. you want to create as much blood expansion, and the grip at the top will 'push' some of the fluid out (as most get the worst fluid retention around the foreskin) if it is intense enough. when youve done your workout, straight away put a cock ring on. if you still have fluid retention, doing some cockring edging will likely reduce it further

I use a inch and half pice of silicone tube that I wear right under the glan when pumping and it doesent get to bad
