Sorry to here your going to do some time in the slammer, keep your head up, stay to yourself, and make sure you get out of there without picking up any extra time to do.

Really it depends on what type of jail you are going to. Some jails have bays which can house up to 50 inmates in one big room. Some have 6 to 12 man cells, some have 2 man cells, and others have one man cells.

Some jails have privite toliets, while some toliets are wide open for everyone to see you shit. Some have one man showers with a curtain, while others have open showers.

Do you know what type of set up the jail you are going to is? Open bays, or closed cells. Open showers and toliets, or toliets and showers in stalls with curtains?

If you are luckey enough to be in a jail that has stalls for toliets and showers the Penis Enlargement'ing should not be much of a problem, but if everyting is open the the only thing you really can do is Penis Enlargement at night in your bunk, under your covers.

My Source = I did 3 years in jail and experienced both types of jails, open bays and open showers, and stalled showers and toliets. The only time I was in a one man cell is when I went to the hole for fighting.

Then the best thing you can do is Penis Enlargement on your bunk at night when the celly is asleep, be creative, but dont shake the bunk like crazy or the celly might get upset. You can do a lot of stretching this way, as well as squezzes.

They dont let you have a face towel in your cell? Or you could take your shower right before lock down? You do have a toliet and a sink in your cell dont you? Every jail I have been in that houses inmates for a prolonged peorid of time always has sinks with hot water.

BTW stay out of trouble and you will never even have to worry about shit like this homie.

For real I wish I knew of Penis Enlargement when I was down, I would havwe had 3 straight years of nothing but tugging!

You may or may not listen to this advice I want to give to ya, so here it goes anyway. Once you get in mind your busniess, and observe who the players are. Dont fall for game, dont owe nobody nothing, meaning dont take antthing from anybody even if they offer it to you. 9 times out of ten they want something in return. As long as you can trade for what they want on the spot then it is O.K. but if it requires you to go into debt, dont fall for it. What happens if your money did not make it on your books on time? Then you gotta fight.

Get you a job in there, it kills time for real. I worked in the kitchen for over a year and made 45 dollars a month from the state. Then I worked in laundry 4 hours a day making 35 bucks a month. Working keeps your mind off shit on the outside and helps you stay out of trouble on the inside. Find a hobby, like drawing, writing, poetry, working out your body, something constructive, it wil help you when you get out.

The biggest thing is stay away from temptations, this is time to get to know yourself and point yourself in the right direction. The first few weeks will be tough, but after some time it will feel normal to get counted 4 times a day, and eat what they say to eat, and be subject to invasions like shakedowns. The day you walk out of that place leave all of that behind you and remember, nothing in this life is worse than being locked up and being told what to do by some fat uneducated bastard that could not even make it through basic police training.

Those 10 months your in there make a plan for your future, and stick to it. Dont be that guy that keeps going through that revolving door called prison, and Dont become part of the walking dead. 10 months anit shit. There is so much more ahead of you.

yea nodoubt G thansk for the advice i do plan to stay out of trouble wen i get there been to jail before and know how to do a bid never did three years shit
but i am positive about the whole sitiation when i get out im going to change my life
and become somthing good in society and not have to worry about feds or beef
we all no shit is real and when it goes down u have to defend ur self no doubt
but wen im done this 10 months i plan to leave that lifestyle behind as well as the bars
and shackles so i could call this a rebirth both mentally and physicaly
again thanks 4 the advice it wont go unused 4 real and wen i touch back the streets ripped and have passed the 8 mark so even wen things get bad the positive out weaighs the good 4real see u on the boards G.

I never really do a warm up...or warm down. You will be fine. It is kind of cool that the prison system has some Penis Enlargement'ers

thats the only thing im worried about is the warm ups and the strechin times would be apart but u think solong as i do a variation of the manual strechin will i still be able to gain with the same intensity of course can i get some in sight dld
