I studied this for many months and was the reason I invented DLD Blasters. When a surgeon dose a Phalloplasty surgery for length they simply clip the ligaments and the results are a lower hanging flaccid penis with a greater ability to gain length since the ligaments are no longer attached. The doctor will usually send the patient home, ironically, with a
SizeGenetics or
JES Extender to aid in future gains. This is all very true but not necessary in anyway. When we stretch our penis it is a natural reflex for the pelvic floor muscles to protect the ligaments through muscle contractions, which before DLD Blasters was a real issue. With DLD Blasters the user, through combinations of Kegels and Reverse Kegels, can pre-exaust the pelvic floor muscles, allowing the ligament to take on the brunt of the stretch. This, in fact, eliminates the need to have the ligament snipped. Please read through the various DLD Blasters threads to get a better understanding of this process.
