I am using the bathmate 2 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off and so on with the 5x5x3 routine. Should i try to go for 3 days on and 1 day off, since from what i hear is to try to do it everyday as long as your dick feels good.

Ok, you have the bathmate, what is your routine? :) If you mean what you wrote above- I can not rate that as a routine at all.. I would suggest supersetting BM pumping and jelqs for sets of 5x5x3 (5 minutes BM pumping supersetted with 5 minutes of jelqing (or any other exercise of your choice, but since you are a newbie- I think the jelq would be good for you) repeated 3 times in a total of a 30 minute session (a bit more, but yea, you get the point). That way you can avoid discoloration and the fluid retention. :)

That is for girth only, if you want to do length as well- I can give you another example routine you can follow, just let me know in the thread. :)
 
As far as BathMate use goes I would follow Zam's advice with the 5x5x3 routine, this will bring much faster girth gains and help you avoid many of the problems men have with over pumping. I would also suggest you include some length work if you are looking to get longer. A good place to start with length work is the Newbie Routine and more advanced length work can be found in SRT.
 
I am doing 5x5x4, but my dick is getting very dark, it would be awful to stop the bathmate for this reason, is it because of the intensity? And is the 2 days on 1 day of good enough?

the darkness is just the increased blood. it goes away usually if you take a few days off from pumping. as far as frequency, do as many days in a row as you can whilst still being able to recover

Are you using heat to warm up and progressively using more pressure as you go. Don't go bananas yiur first set of 5. Get used to the pressure and go after it in 2nd and 3rd...

Wouldn't my gains go away or get slowed down if i take a few days off? i have been doing this for 5 weeks straight

Yes i warm up in the shower 10 min, but usually i pump pretty fast in the beginning like right in the first minute already i have pumped 80 to 90%. What is the best way to progressively using more pressure as i go? like how much pause in between in the first set and how to do it in the sets after?
 
Hmm, reduce the intensity and you will reduce the discoloration! Do that, I used to get blisters and discoloration from overdoing it in my X30 before, just reduce the intensity. You will over time get adapted and would be able to get to such intensities with no issues. Worry not! I would also suggest getting a cock ring. I started doing the 5x5x3 routine.
It gives better expansion and it seems to be more intense (=
I do it with jelqs for now.

Maybe you could start out with: 5x5x2? Or just do it 1 day on 1 day off?

Glad you started the SRT BathMate routine, it really is the best way to go. Sets can be changed to whatever you prefer as long as they are bringing consistent expansion without problems. some guys go as long as 10x10x5 and some men go as low as 2x2x3, so whatever works best for you. Time off depends on how your penis feels 24 hours later, if you feel good there is no reason to take time off.

Doesn't your penis grow when you give it rest, or is 24 hours enough? I do 5x5x3 and 2 days on and the next day off for almost 6 weeks now. Should i try to go for 3 days on 1 day off?

Can you elaborate on this? I'm doing 2 days on the next day off for almost 6 weeks, the 1 day off is for it to grow in the rest period but maybe the time between workouts is already enough rest? Should i try 3 days on 1 day off?

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
