It's been a long long while since I've last posted on this site :) it's good to be back though brotha's!
Today I'm inquiring about plateauing. about a year ago I finally broke past 7 inches! I am currently at 7 & a 1/4 inches, and have
been stuck here for a couple months now... I know I can bust past this too... But im in need of some advice.

In my years of training, I have invested in the SG extender, Bathmate X40, and TLC tugger all wonderful pay offs. But I think I've maxed them all out!
the TLC tugger was probably the best one (in combination with the SG) but I'm out of bars, and the Hydromax is great for girthy gainz..

please help a brother out on his journey to the magnificent 8.

I regularly perform exercises with my tools, And i'm trying to incorporate more manual stretches.

I workout 3-4 times a week, and sauna and stretch after. I take work out supplements like creatine, and protein shakes for maximum regeneration.
I take Maca root and Tribulus as well... But I feel these only help me get a super hard-on, which is great for blood flow and healing etc.

What else is there? I'm debating on buying more bars for the SG, or getting the Ring of Power, but I'm unsure which will help me reach my goal!

Have you been upping both the intensity and volume of your training? If you've hit a plateau, perhaps a complete revision of what you've been doing so far would be in order. Also, how is your "EQ" (Erection Quality- a combined measure of stamina and hardness)?
 
For girth when I added the wine vac mod to my pump I got much more suction power out of it and incredible expansion. I got much more girth and more length from my pumping sessions. Depending on how warmed up and loose my penis is feeling I average around .5 to a full inch more in length expansion with the vac mod on my pump both wet and dry pumping. I have the Penomet pump which is no longer supported here at MOS due to Penomet's poor customer service.
But I have read somewhere that you can somehow do the wine vac mod to Bathmates too.

Another thing I did to make pump sessions more tolerable when really hard pumping is I bought a silicone comfort sleeve for the inside of the pump. I just got it yesterday and it helps a lot with the comfort.

I also use the SG and have the VLC Tugger and it has helped me grow also but I can no longer fit in the base of it if my penis is still in a pumped or swollen clamped state when trying to go into the SG so because of this and me wanting to grow in length more than girth I recently ordered The LG Hanger. I think any kind of hanging you can do may be the ticket you need to get that more length you are after.

I love clamping. I like the fact that I don't get any fluid retention with it yet I can still swell my penis to the same length I can as with pumping. I don't get the same girth with clamping as with wet pumping but with wet pumping some percentage of the swell is still water retention so the clamping totally avoids that.

I agree with Big Al; I think if you cranked up your intensity you may also get over your plateau. Intensity without injury I think is one of the keys to continued growth.
 
@ al : My EQ is great, I have no issues maintaining 100% erection. I am curious as to how I could completely re-do what I'm doing. There doesn't seem to be too many ways of going about doing this :O

I've noticed it can be difficult to load into mine recently. Im going to research clamping a bit more.
Also on the intensity; I think that it's the number of bars I have on the SG now. since with the TLC tugger I've maxed it out.
I kind of answer my own question when I say I'll just obtain more bars. So I'll add that I'm very curious about alternate methods.

edit: also looking for size genetics spare parts is proving to be very difficult, my antivirus software blocks all the sites XD

There's always ways to vary your training :)

From what you posted, it appears that the majority of your work has centered around high volume/relatively low intensity training methods. You might want to consider giving intense manual stretches or heavy hanging a try-something at the other end of the training spectrum.
 
how would I go about beginning heavier hanging?
I have the TLC as I mentioned, what would I need? what weights would u recommend

also changing what your exercises are regularly may help ? kind of like muscle confusion? like pumping for a few days then clamping etc changing things up

It is always smart to mix in unexpected exercises to throw the penis for a loop, for me it is always a gains mover!

Breaking a plateau is very easy. All you need to do is to buy the length master. Welcome to the world of bundled stretches and expressive stretching. Buy a length master as soon as possible and kiss the SG goodbye.
