No problem my Brother. You do not have to upgrade yet if there is still room to grow but once you have reached the level of length or girth being close to max it is time to change.
 
If you have a LM, (sorry I didn't research what PE equipment you own/use) the bundled stretch is very straightforward...I clamp as close to the base as possible and turn the power assist handle like a steering wheel at least 180* and that's it! I take these a step further and while in bundled-formation, I snake the LM behind my cheeks and use my torso to create tension/leverage. I do these clock-wise and counter clock-wise for 5 minutes each then do non-bundled the same way (these would be more like the 'expressive' stretch). Once done, I jump into my BM for 10X3X10X3X10 at max-pressure using my modded X40 and Goliath BM's. I highly encourage you to master the wine-mod...100% game-changer for moi

You are doing my exact girth routine. I can imagine what your temporary expansion looks like.

If you are not seeing mouch improvement in your routine, I suggest you increase the duration

Bundles are most powerful with the LengthMaster but they can be done manually also, just without the same intensity.

Try increasing the vacuum pressure. If you were staying in the bathmate for 5 minutes before try 10 minutes now. There is need for expansion during your girth session, you should be able to see at least half inch expansion after a girth session.
 
I snake the LM behind my cheeks so I can go hands-free with my normal shower-duties...I regulate the stretch via the angle of my torso (I hope I don't lose my balance and rip my junk off, tho lol) Temp girth coming directly out of the cypinder is a tad over 7 1/4"

If you can visually see expansion there is no reason to measure. Measuring after girth is never official but a way to 'see' if expansion is happening. If you can see that you have caused expansion forget measuring.
 
I think you are asking if the length and girth temporary gains are a reflection of future permanent gains? If so, yes, the temporary elongation of expansion will become permanent. But from there it no limit, you will continue to go through the same process of gaining temporary gains and eventually making them permanent.

Very true. If you can get to the size temporarily then over time you'll become that size permanently because all your cells are working hard to expand and stay in that state. That's why extenders work for people. The longer you stay extended the more permanent you'll get to that size. That's why its crucial to do PE as much as possible. No such thing as over training unless you've had or or begin to injure yourself. This is not skeletal muscle this is smooth muscle and other viscera.

What is amazing is the fact that we never thought on this until SRT. Healing was something we saw as days off or a reaction to some serious injury. Today we know that healing in PE is as important as gaining. Remaining elongated in an extender after length and using a cock ring after girth both are healing methods that actually benefit growth.

Interesting, that’s what I generally did with the days off, but never thought that the CR is a form of healing… Although I’ve been lucky injury wise, I have had a few recent issues that necessitated some time off.


That confidence really translates to all parts of our lives Once we see we have done the "seemingly" impossible of enlarging our penis, nothing else is outside of our grasp. Success always starts in the mind and through motivation and hard work success is realized in reality. A big help is seeing ourselves is the place we want to be before we get there. This adds fuel to the fire and allows the mind to help the body get there quicker.

Healing is vital, just as important as gaining. With the proper gain/heal method gains can come very quickly. SRT gives great knowledge in this area.
