Maybe its true for bodybuilders, but not for regular people like me, I havent worked out in 10 months, and I still look the exact same back then.

@Mywish might be right. That is a good question, but the analogy is valid. So look the same without working out because you are completely natural. Bodybuilders are not. They use anabolic steroids and growth hormone pushing the body to produce Unnatural amounts of muscle mass. The body will always try to fight it, causing the individual to lose a significant portion of it in the course of time after ceasing use and exercise.
On the other hand, we could argue that a P-shot forces the body to produce unnatural penile size, that could be lost after ceasing exercising and use. And by use meaning lack of sex, bad hormonal system. A healthy hormone system will create sporadic random erections that keep the tissues healthy in good shape. A bad hormonal system will reduce desire, will stop random sporadic erections, literally causing atrophy of the penis.

The price of a P-shot is $1900 which includes sanitizing, numbing shot, blood drawing, and injection and a penis pump. They inject the plasma by injecting twice in the head at 10 and 2 o'clock positions, 2 below the corona of the head and 2 at the shaft. I did this on my effort to gain a third inch which took 7 years thanks to the law of diminishing returns. It did help me gain the extra half inch most of which is really an increase in the size of the glans. Sex does feel so much better with the mushroom head cock I gained from the P-shot even though it was desensitize by circumcision. Heck mushroom head gains is still a length gain. if you want a mushroom head cock then this is the right procedure for you. The downside is the needles and the cost. Ouch!!I read about it quickly. They extract some blood from you, put in a centrifuge and turn the machine on; it will "dissolve" plasma from the blood. Then that plasma is injected to both sides of your penis. Frustration does occur when training doesn't yield results, I do know that. But as DLD said, push further! I would suggest Bathmate or Penomet, Bathmate being the more favored option. And now the wide boy option caters people who do have the length but the girth is maxed on the regular unit.

Stress-free life and good diet + hydration means a lot as well.

Yes, the shaft does gain some girth as the plasma is also injected in 4 points on the shaft. The length comes from the plasma filling up the penis with fluids for about a month preventing turtling. It does work and it is worth it if you can afford it and isn't squeamish about needles. I do it with Dr. George Liakis from Lexington Ave Medical Associates. He is a pro in doing these injections and I use him whenever I plateau.
It was worth it at the time before I discovered that eating soy products did cause the plateau but the P-shot helped counter the effects and then some. I make decent money so $1900 to me was not a big deal. Dr Liakis also was the one who told me to cut out soybean products from my diet while I was taking the P-shot and he was right. I think I would have had better results without the soy products and if there were sights like this in the 90s or early 2000s. In the 90s I did try to stretch but didn't know any other stretches than to pull on the head and then gave up after a few months. You have more effective exercises on this site and have helped many people. The The year 2000 was when I really went for my penis enlargement pursuit,. Considered only the lengthening surgery but had a friend who couldn't stabilize his penis to stand upright and it always pointed down.
