Hey brothers,

I have finally accepted the fact that I have overtrained my dick. The base hurts and I occasionally get sharp pain flashes out of the blue, my morning wood is no mas, and its takes a while for me to get an erection let alone keep it up. I've learned that good EQ is crucial for good gains in except for if you are like hanging.

So fuck it, Im gona go ahead and rest until my EQ comes back to 100%.

I have some quesitons before I go into my recovery phase:

1- Should I still wear my sizegenetics at a low tension?
2- Should I still wear my divosuits?
3 - Should I still do my kegels?

Thanks guys.

Of course do kegels! Thats what gives you good EQ.

Kegels are always good.
And, as far as extenders go, think about it this way: right after phalloplasty surgery-whether augmentation or gender reassignment- use of an extender is prescribed to prevent retraction of this newly "filleted" penis.

So, as long as you keep the tension light but constant you really shouldn't have much trouble recovering your erection quality while keeping any gains you have made.

While you're at it, treat you poor old whupped cock to a little massage therapy. Some warmed up massage oil and some appreciative deep tissue work oughtta have you up and runnin' sooner than you'd ever think.

Good luck with it.
