Ice been jelqing with an overhand grip and lately I've been seeing around how your supposed to do it over handed. Does it really matter which way your doing a jelq?

It really doesn't matter to me since I have tried both ways.. It seems that whichever is more comfortable for you and allows you to repeat the motion for a longer time is better. I personally prefer the overhand grip because it allows me to get deeper into the base than i can with a traditional underhand grip

I liked to vary between the two and also the direction. So a jelqing routine would contain overhand, upward jelqing and reverse grip downward jelqing, against the erection angle, in both cases, I kegel as much as possible. Very good way to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and pack on girth.

Yeah I've also incorporated kegals into my jelqing routine. I try to jelq in different directions as well. I just feel like an overhand grip gets me closest to the base as possible.

Always go as deep into the base as possible. This serves to not only retain more blood but it also becomes and Expressive exercise and brings forth new, inner penis.

Do you say kegel with the motion of jelqing down or up?

The way I do it is kegal just before each stroke. It forces more blood into the chambers and plus I get a few kegals out of the way while I'm at it.

add an reverse kegel when stroking up ;) keeps the balance and gives even more pump.

Reverse kegal as in push out?

I could be wrong but believed the kegal was pushing out while the reverse was pushing in or the "release" of the regular kegal.

A Kegel is a squeeze, just as if you stopped the flow of urine but a Reverse Kegel is the pushing and unflex of these same muscles, as in stopping the flow of urine.

So do you advise members to jelq in different directions, like upward, downward and do you support to the left and to the right? And do you recommend to kegel and jelq at the same time, or it doesn't actually matter? I have been struggling about how to improve my routine and maximize the results. Your answer would be of big help to me. Thanks, DLD

I also found this out recently. Now I Kegel before the jelq and RK during and get some great pumps!

The perfect balance of both the reverse kegel and the kegel will always benefit the girth work but it will also greatly aid in sexual function by way of being able to last longer in bed and achieve shorter refractory periods. It will also help with shorter refractory periods and male-multiple orgasm.

The difference I noticed is you can get farther down to the base with the over hand. I think the overhand is better because of that I first learned about it from SSJ.
