My New Girth Routine:

- 10 min warmup in a hot bath

- 300 2 second jelqs (increased to 600 jelqs after 2 weeks) at 90% erection

- 5 reps of SSJs at 90%- 100% erection. Rep time will be as long as my hands can endure

- 5 min warm down in a hot bath

Immediately after each girth workout I will wear a cock ring for some amount of hours or so.

I will also be doing lots of kegels (whenever I think about them) and as I get good at them, I will incorporate them into my jelqs and will start doing towel raises. This will all be done everyday.

Other things I will do:

- At home, I will always be commando

- Anywhere else, I will wear very loose boxers

- Refrain from masturbation to keep EQ at it's absolute best

- Do I set of BOT whenever I'm in the shower. I take around two showers a day

- Make use of subconscious programming:

- I can say girth affirmations in my head ESPECIALLY right before going to sleep

- When I'm in the shower, I can close my eyes, grab my dick and visualize (using all 5 senses) it having insane girth and play with it

- Can someone find me some girth subliminal audios on Youtube? They can't be any of that guided meditation crap. Just some binaurals with girth affirmations in the background so that all I have to do is sit there and listen

- Using the law of attraction

- I can do what this guy does in this video [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUApOvAanXI ] but instead money, I can do it for the girth of my penis

- Using the laws of polarity and rhythm

- I can't manually use this, but I'm going through a somewhat bad time of my life, so I might be able to make it through the dark tunnel and come out with a big penis

- Using the law of cause and effect, or karma

- I can do this by just being nice to others and spreading the Holy Word of PE to those in need

Using all of this, would achieving an inch in girth in nine months be realistic? What are some other things I can implement to make more girth gains faster?

i think an inch of girth in nine months is definitely possible. however, i dont think jelqing will get you there, if you throw a bathmate into your routine you will likely reach your goals alot quicker than without

Something like a Bathmate isn't economically feasible for me.

start saving then man. i saved for a little while to get the x40 i just bought, which i know will be worth it. what is your current size? if you can fit into a hercules they are quite cheap now

You can definitely try to gain an inch of girth with manual work, but it is going to be pretty hard. Here are my recommendations keeping in mind that you say a BM is too expensive for you:

1. Make sure you do A TON of kegels. Kegels are the most important part of any girth routine because strong PC muscles help you get the best erection you can in order to cause the expansion you need for girth, and you must also kegel blood into your penis a lot when doing things like jelqs and SSJ. The stronger you can kegel, the more expansion you will get, and the more expansion you get in temporary gains the faster they will transfer to permanent gains. I would recommend no less than 1000 quick kegels a day since you have such an ambitious goal.

2. Make sure you superset your exercises. If you are doing both jelqs and SSJ, do a combination of the two. Do something like 5 minutes of jelqing, a couple of SSJ, then continue jelqing, etc etc.

3. The cheapest and best option for girth without a pump IMO is clamping. Look into the clamping section for more information about this (although it is not recommended for beginners and you definitely need to be careful with it). If you are doing your kegels and a decent girth routine, throw clamping in there and I assure you that you will see good results.
