Ok i have the ACE bandage , how should i use it ?

I bought one yesterday and i really want to try it out tonight when i start my workout , after i finish do i wrap it tightly ?

Also , stretching is kind of messing up for me . My arms get really sore and i don't think I'm pulling it right . Should i use a phone as a alarm to make sure i'm pulling it long enough ?

Ok , so i tried it earlier .
It made my penis head extremely cold , i kept it wrapped for 30 minutes but I'm concered about my girth gains.

I did my workout then took a shower , after my shower i use the bandage . will this effect my girth ?
And how long should i keep it wrapped ?

Using the Uncle Jim's Wrap is a great way to help cement gains. That seems the be the heart of the SRT theory. Heal in the elongated/expanded position. I use it and it is totally awesome. The only thing I have to experiment with is my positions of sleep. If I sleep somewhat in the fetal position, lil jimmy wants to pull back and sometimes I find my head into the wrap a little. But it is definitely a good thing to do.

I created Jim's wrap for training the penis to stay elongated in flaccid state but it soon became obvious to me that it was also a great way to cement the gains I was making. It is a big part of SRT and it does it's job well but I am still open to what the Divo may do for me. As soon as I get it I will do some head to head comparisons.
