So I first found out about PE back in March of 2013. Started things up but only lasted a couple of weeks due to gaining and roommate and privacy issues. Im sure I would of been able to sneak around in my room for an hour for exercises but for some reason I chose not too. After that I moved in with my brother with the same problems again and then once he got married back into my parents house and obviously issues there. Almost 3 years later i'm hating myself for the gains I could of achieved by now but all the more reason to pick back up and get into the swing of things full time!

I started manual exercises back up beggining of the year and figuring out long manual exercises just aren't my thing so i decided to order a sizegenetics and bathmate x30. I know I will still need to do manual exercises but hopefully can be limited to 5 mins here and there of stretching and jelging.

I have an idea of what I want my routine to be and any suggestions would insightful and appreciated.

The goal is to wake up and hop in the shower and let the warm water warm me up and then use the bathmate for 10-20 mins accordingly. After shower stretch for ~5 mins. Go to work and when I get home start with ~5 mins of stretching and then starting up with the sizegenetics (eventually hopefully getting to the point i can wear long enough to be able to wear while at work). Jelg every 1-2 hours of wearing in between to regain circulation (might prevent me from ever wearing at work). That will be the routine I plan to start with and most likely will adjust as needed and with experience.

Goals are NBPEL: 7", EG: 5.25"
Current NBPEL: 5", EG: 4-7/8", BPEL: 5.5", BPFSL: 6"

Hope for goal in 6 months
 
Sounds good, but consistency is key bro. Make sure you extend every day as much as you can with basic stretching until you're conditioned to do more advanced stuff. However, I feel length should be an all day thing first and before you go to bed hit girth so the temp expansion doesn't affect your extending session.
 
im more trying to get length over girth but more girth is never a bad thing. Also i have noticed that when wearing the SG i get slippage with the noose. The comfort strap doesnt work for me yet even with the no slip and foam pad. Thats mainly due to when i put on the SG I lose like all blood flow to the head. I dont know if there is anything i can do to help with this or just have to wait it out till more girth comes. Im starting to think that maybe the phallosan might of been a better fit for me now but too late for that. Ill just have to figure out something that works for me.

Most men use both the Phallosan and SizeGenetics as they both have their advantages and disadvantages. The Phallosan can be worn all day and all night. It also has a more gentle connection point. The SizeGenetics brings more intensity but it can only be worn for an hour or 2 before taking off and returning good circulation. A smart connection for your SizeGenetics that will help greatly is the VLC. It makes wearing the SG so much more efficient. You can get it on and off in less than 30 seconds. The VLC can also be used as a light ADS. I hope this helps:)
