If I don't feel like I'm getting results from Phase 1 should I go ahead with Phase 2? I've been doing Phase 1 everyday for about 3-4 weeks.
 
You could also try upping the intensity of your workout if that might be the problem.
 
Most people dont see gains within 3 or 4 weeks of Penis Enlargement. Just give it time and keep on amping up the intensity. When you stretch you should feel some soreness but never pain. Its sometimes hard to distinguish between the 2 but through experience you will learn. How hard are you stretching? And you should diffentenly Stay on the phase one routine.

You have only been doing phase one for 4 weeks, you are not ready for phase 2. There are a goodbit of gains you can achieve through phase 1. So stick with it for awhile.
 
it takes me ages to gain (for some reason) when i started it took me 8 weeks to see 1/5 gain in length
 
Just stay consistent and don't 'wait' for gains. Even 6 weeks is a little short. I would do phase 1 consistent for a couple of months and you should see distinctive gains.
 
the key to a sucessful routine is consistancy and intensity.

Do your exercise once a day. My personal advice on what I did. Was jelq a count of 300 while squeezin the base, everyday. I still do that 2day. Add that with your stretchin, will help you feel like your gettin something done.

dont jelq with the skin back. U can trap blood that will swell and mean u cant pull the forskin back over the head. :) which isnt good!

Unfortantally it's easy to get turkey neck jelqin with the skin up.

stretch wiv the skin back though
 
I never feel sore after doing the stretch exercises. I may not be pulling hard enough. Even after I put alot of baby powder on my penis my hand still wants to slip off past the head, any suggestions? I can tell a difference with the kegel and jelq exercises though. Thanks...

Try to use some gloves, rubber gloves, like the ones your mother would wear while doing the dishes. ( not attacking you mother just to give you a picture) Do you feel you penis stretching on the insides? How long are you holding the stretches for? Do you ever get any small red spots on the head of your penis?

Last night when I did my stretch exercise I paid close attention and I do feel a stretch but I have to pull very hard. I never get red spots. I haven't done any research but what is Alpha Blade?

The small red spots on the head, is that a good sign?

And gloves do help indeed, better yet take latex medical gloves instead of doing-the-dishes gloves...

It seems to me that after a good stretching and or hanging session I end up with a few small red dots on my glans. Its like if I don;t really get a good workout I don't get these tiny red spots. They go away rather quickly, an hour or so.

I believe it is somewhat common especially with a really good stretching workout.

Latex gloves work awesome too!
 
Last night I made sure I got a good workout and today I was looking and I do have little red spots. Hope that means something good.LMAO

It is. I often get those too. Up to now, it works awesomely well...
