Hey guys,quick question,i've been doing PE for about 8 months,everything good,i got good gains,but i dont have morning woods anymore..When i wake up in the morning i have like a semi-erect penis,lets say about 40 % erect.Is this normal?

I've never really gotten morning wood, but my natural peeing schedule is kind of set in stone. I go when I wake up, after I drink a ton, when I get home, and before I go to bed. So my bladder is never really full when I'm sleeping to press against my prostate (what causes morning wood, btw). Whenever I do lay on it or get hot/sweaty or have a sexy dream or whatever, I do wake up with about 40% EQ. I'm not experienced enough to give you an answer (I've been doing PE for about a month), but I wanted to let you know that I have the same experience.

I rarely ever get morning wood and my gains have been incredible....don't worry on this.

I have found some correlation between loss of EQ and PE workouts. Some exercises benefit EQ and some will reduce it (temporarily, a day or two). Likely this varies from person to person.

In my experience, the manual exercises which stretch the inner penis reduce EQ (presumably through fatigue), and exercises which stretch or bend the outer penis and tunica increase EQ. Both types of exercises are vital of course, but it's probably best to develop a personal schedule which keeps you at awesome EQ.

I find that taking a few days of break from inner penis stretching is helpful. In the past I would simply stop all exercise for a week or two to decondition, but nowadays I find that I can keep with tunica stretching (extenders), bends, and even pumping and have great EQ. I just reduce the lig work and inner penis stretching for a few days until my EQ returns.

YMMV. I suggest cycling your exercises to find the schedule which benefits you most.
