Hey guys I have been here on and off.

All of the advises here on mos have been great and helpful. Back when I was stretching I gained more than an inch with LM.. it only took me 3 months from 14,5 cm to 18cm.

Couple of years after I have quit stretching for lack of motivation and busy schedule and now back to 15cm. ( Soon to Begin stretching again)

But I have problem now which I never had before and it's lack of morning wood and also can't get 100% erection or keep it up for along time. I have been doing kegels for the last 7 days and it hasn't helped.

Bear in mind that I am 32 years old now.. I have taken blood work and my hormones are in balance, I have also taken ultra scanning of my penis and there have been no injuries or anything wrong.

Since Friday I have quit watching ���� and masturbating to reset my Brian.

If you guys and DLD have any good advice for me. I will welcome it with open heart ❤️ thank you
 
Kegels and more kegels will be your best route. It will take some time but don't give up. Also edging can really help. No ����� and masturbation until you see 100% improval

I started doing erect kegels maybe six weeks ago. At first, it wasn't easy to hold it for 5 seconds. Now I can do it for much longer. It's a really cool feeling to see improvement like this. I hope this helps me in improving my girth.

bro i’m at 49 days now, this is the longest streak of my life since fucking puberty haha

at like day 7 it’s fucking intense and probably the hardest stage, and then it tapers off.
Then starts up again at day 15 and tapers off again.

by day 30 it’s quiet chill but also quiet depressing, i’m not exactly sure why maybe because the dopamine receptors aren’t receiving the stimulation it use to receive or something.

anyway i’m trying to get to 90 wish me luck
 
I don't think it's healthy. I tried it for 3 weeks once. I thought I was going crazy. Intense stress and anxiety. But my horniness was out of this world.

Stop masturbating daily if you have been doing that. Daily masturbation will weaken your erection. Do not let anybody tell you that, masturbaring once in a day is good. Daily masturbation even when done once in a day will cause weak erection.
