I have had an interesting journey getting to PE, one that I put in the newbie section but for some reason it did not post GRrrrrr. Any I'll describe my equipment and then ask some questions about modifying the program to fit my life.

Equipment:
1. Penomet
2. sizegenics (cant use at work due to job)
3. stealth inner wear
4. titan supplements
5. Length Master
6. TLC tugger

My questions are as follows:

Is it o.k. to start at phase 2 if i have had some previous experience?

Can I do the stretching at night vs. in the morning or mid afternoon?

Should I pump before or after stretching?

Can pumping take the place of the 300+ jelques? If so how are the jelques helping above the pump

If i modify how could this effect my gains?

How long you did you do the Phase one?if you did it for more than a month maybe 2 months is enough

Depending on your schedule etcmorning stretches girth at night etc..


Should I pump before or after stretching?


Id do the stretching first


Can pumping take the place of the 300+ jelques? If so how are the jelques helping above the pump


Pump can help mainly whit girth..

I would forego Phase 2 and go with SRT, you have what you need to do the routine and it will deliver gains much faster than Phase 2.
 
did the first day SRT and i have to tell you my dick feels stretched.... used the length master lol.

quick question the gator from the penomet or the cock ring after pumping is chaffing me. how can i prevent that as now i have tp break and heal.
 
I am doing my best to follow the SRT routine. I think I am messing up a little though let me get this straight.
50 5 sec blasters (keegel and reverse keggal each set)

Them put on the length master and stretch up middle left and right for the up center down and behind the cheek position
is this a good routine to default too because i noticed sometime you say not to hit the up middle down and behind the cheek, Ami hurtting my results if i default to all positions?

Also I cannot do the bundle twist yet all the time is that a concern?
 
also, since i am hac=ving difficulty qith the twist does that mean i have gains from the ligaments to stretch out before I can do that reliably? I have a right bend so the upper right is definitly a little tight. How hard can i go i dont want to pull anything?

No concern at all, the more angles you can hit the better. You can do Bundled Stretches by hand if not possible in the LengthMaster yet. The twist can be as small as a half turn because eventually this will allow you to Bundle more and more, eventually stretching your Tunica to the point of much better length and girth gains.

Yes, as the ligaments lengthen you will be able to get more of a twist in. This is a good way to gauge your gains, as the Bundle increases your girth and length will.
 
The more angles get hit the better allows to be a bit more creative..a lot more creative
