hey,
I'm new to this. just stumbled upon this forum,
Started using SG about 2 months ago. have gained half an inch 1 month ago and nothing since.
I don't have a routine. just put it on stretch till it hurts and take a break. Should i follow a routine to get faster results?
I've noticed that with more padding i can add more tension to it and stretch longer.
should i go slow and steady (wearing it for 6 hours at a time) or go hard for 1-2 hours with 5-6 sets.
I understand that jelking and stretching are important but will that only make faster results or I wont gain without them?
I work a lot and don't really have time to jelk and stretch or i'd be doing them already.
I wanted to get Bathmate but read somewhere here that gains werent perminent.
are the rods or the tension whats important here? i'm not sure how many bars to wear and how much tension to put on
i basically twist both the top and bottom nobs until its full tension.
I do this until i can last about 6 hours without pain and then i add another inch in bars
so i'm going up in bars but no real gains after the first month. i'm only counting the nbel tho. im sure bp is longer.

Just make sure you are always applying tension. I am becoming more and more of a fan of low intensity for longer periods and then at the end of the day do a high intensity for the next hour or so. Will give you the best of both. I think keep it on is better because it doesn't give your penis a chance to retract.


Keep track of your hours. Keep track of your tension. Bars and length I don't think really matter as long as you are at the tension you want.

Applying heat has been a great asset to me when I can.

Just be patient. I'm trying to be and it's tough.

I think amount of hours in the device total are more important that the time between measurements. E.G. Measure every 150 hours in the device, don't measure every month. Might help you psychologically. Because we never wear it the same amount of time every day. So if you measure at discreet times you are measuring at different time points you've been in the device.

When I wear it walking around, I extend with 3 blocks showing. (when I walk around it will shift to 1.5 to 2 blocks)

When I am not walking around as much, I extend with 2 blocks showing.

WHen I'm at home by myself I stretch the hell out of it at max tension with heat.

This seems to have me progressing well. But honestly I've only spent about 90 hours in the device. These are just things I've been doing to increase comfort. Which I think is the most important in the long run.

still no new gains.
i am fitting into more bars.
i can now fit into a 2" and a half" bar for 2hrs sets with 1 hr breaks throughout the day
this is at its max pressure so the thing is completely compressed
ive been doing this much pressure for 2 weeks now
hard to stay committed to this without seeing the gains.

More bars is encouraging and would make the supposition that you have gained in flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed length. What is your girth routine looking like?, sometimes a boost there makes all the difference in length.
 
i have no routine...just put the thing on and wear it till it hurts..take break and repeat

When will you measure for gains?
 
I measure every month but haven't seen a difference. it's been a while since i gained any. feels bigger when i hld it so i knw ive gained. i'm going to wait until i gain .5" erect to say i'm happy with this, i'm also taking vigrx pills but doesnt seem to b helping
I have used it for 1 week cuz i've been busy but going to start back tom. the base started hurting my sack so i rapped a sock around it and it helps a lot
but i had to go down a bar tho since the sock takes up space.
 
been using it for 4 months still maybe only .5 gain. didn't measure right when starting.
i've gone up in rods. now using a 2" rod and a .5" rod. wearing it 6hrs a day.
i've noticed that my flacid gains are gone and it's not hanging as low as it did 1 month in.
the bars are just increasing cuz they are digging deeper into my pubic bone. but nothings getting bigger
 
Your BPFSL is getting bigger otherwise you wouldn't be able to wear more bars and this is where you'll see gains first. Then you will see increases in BPenis EnlargementL next and then later NBPenis EnlargementL. So you are making progress. Remember Penis Enlargement is a slow process and requires a lot of dedication, patience, and hard work. If it didn't everyone would be able to get big dicks. The fact you gained .5" in 4 months is very good for that amount of time.

Not your pubic bone. Your fat pad. You should have been using enough tension from the beginning so that your fat pad wasn't an issue. Did you take initial measurements?

I hope so, without initial measurements it makes it so hard to know if you are gaining.
