I'm new to this. just stumbled upon this forum,
Started using SG about 2 months ago. have gained half an inch 1 month ago and nothing since.
I don't have a routine. just put it on stretch till it hurts and take a break. Should i follow a routine to get faster results?
I've noticed that with more padding i can add more tension to it and stretch longer.
should i go slow and steady (wearing it for 6 hours at a time) or go hard for 1-2 hours with 5-6 sets.
I understand that jelking and stretching are important but will that only make faster results or I wont gain without them?
I work a lot and don't really have time to jelk and stretch or i'd be doing them already.
I wanted to get Bathmate but read somewhere here that gains werent perminent.
are the rods or the tension whats important here? i'm not sure how many bars to wear and how much tension to put on
i basically twist both the top and bottom nobs until its full tension.
I do this until i can last about 6 hours without pain and then i add another inch in bars
so i'm going up in bars but no real gains after the first month. i'm only counting the nbel tho. im sure bp is longer.
